Property was fine - convenient , clean and people helpful. Complaint was new rood being put on with banging starting 7am until after 5pm.. management said work was not supposed to start til after 9-1 but i was there the 27th - they should have moved everyone to sunbreeze suite. But they did comp me for one night .

Had a lovely few days here. Very central, clean, comfortable. Great food & drinks, clean pool. Check out the hammocks above the bar!

We stayed there for 4 days and it was absolutely amazing, the staff, the food, everyone were great... I will definitely stay there again. And no I'm not getting paid to say this, I went for my birthday, and my fiance. We love it 💞💞

The hotel is in a great location and within minutes to many restaurants, airport, etc. It was clean, fairly comfortable and has a nice restaurant on property. The staff was also very friendly and made great recommendations for local places to enjoy local food.
The building is a bit older and is starting to show its age hence some renovations are needed. For example updating the bedroom furniture and the lobby entrance would make a huge difference.

I was misdirected by communication from Expedia. After they stated on 2 separate occasions that the hotel would refund our payment (hurricane) we changed our plans. Expedia stated they did call hotel and refund was available. After the fact they said it was not available.
If we had not received this incorrect confirmation from Expedia I would be able to review the hotel - because we would have maintained our original reservation.

Great place to stay. Very convenient being right in the middle of everything. Can walk to almost anywhere! The staff was purely AMAZING! Always going above and beyond and extremely friendly! One suggestion would be to add either microwaves to the rooms or somewhere accessible for guests. Also, a little disappointed that there isn’t direct beach access but we made due and still thought the property was gorgeous and we would definitely stay here again!!

The food was quite good at all meals, with weekly specials and the hotel is in walking distance of other fine food establishments for a little variets.
The manager arranged some special deals for us. Belize is especially appealing for scuba and snorkel groups rather than just beach folks. Gym across the street.
