This is without a doubt, our favorite hotel! Everything is great here! Close to good restaurants, right on beach with all rooms ocean front! Close to boardwalk! Fantastic rooms, all with kitchens and whirlpool tubs! Close to Jolly Rodgers!

Very clean, great service. Beautiful view. 32 Palm was delicious. Indoor pool was relaxing. Suite itself was clean, spacious, and felt like a small apartment. We weren’t cramped in.

Wonderful clean suite with spa tub in the bedroom, 42" TV! Balcony view of the ocean! Full kitchen - refrigerator, microwave, stove, pots, plates, bowls, glasses, and silverware. Bathroom with two sinks and shower with three shower heads! Sofa, dining table, desk, and 47" TV in spacious sitting area! Over the top! Best suite ever! I wish there was a drinking water supply to refill reusable water bottles to reduce disposable plastic water bottles. Perhaps, sell reusable water bottles. Maybe you have them in the gift shop, I did not go in. Regular parking spaces are quite narrow. I wish there were more handicap parking spaces. Private beach behind the hotel! Awesome!

Our room was clean. However, for the 4 days there the hallway on our floor was dirty-cracked plastic ware, crumbs, didn’t smell fresh. The food cart in the lobby was closed too early for us to buy anything. The window darkening shade handle was broken. This hotel that I have stayed at since it opened is tired in the public space.

Couldn't log into internet first night-called desk, told to do something impossible to do. Gave up. In a.m. called desk to report both televisions out. Told they'd tell maintenance in 1.5 hours when they came in and they'd come to room. NOT a problem in the room, it's a cable provider problem. BUT this person was able to tell me how to connect to internet. Television out throughout the morning. Next day the channel guide went out and stayed out. Went to front desk. Was told, "Look on the bright side, you are at the beach." How dare you? Provide what I am paying for at an average of $360 a night for five nights. And fruit flies in the kitchen and bathroom entire stay. Front desk did offer food comp, which I did not accept; a food comp would not solve the issues. Rooms need refurbishment. In the meantime, more attention to room cleaning and maintenance is necessary. Bed comfy and balcony enjoyable. Kitchen more than meets my needs and is the main reason I stay here. Always quiet in the rooms. As a side note, not my first stay, but I'd like a better experience for the price. When did the Hilton brand switch from professional blazers and oxford shirts to golf shirts?

The pillows smelled musty, when I noticed I called and asked for new ones, the first set was for a queen bed and we had a king. The second set smelled just as bad. It was already 11pm at this point and I just dealt with it. The hallways needed to be vacuumed.

This is a nice hotel that has lots of great features and amenities, but it also needs updating. The room we stayed in had a living room, large bedroom and bathroom, and a small kitchen. We visited during the offseason so the price was very low. The pools and fitness center are amazing, and they even have a Starbucks in the hotel. Unfortunately, there are lots of things that need updating in the hotel. The room felt like it probably hadn't been updated in 20 years. The furniture and walls just seemed like they had been worn down a lot without any repairs. The staff members that we interacted with were all very nice and helpful, but we noticed that when we arrived on Monday at 6:30pm, someone in a nearby room had left their breakfast tray from their room service in the hallway, and no one had taken it. We figured someone would pick it up soon, but by the next morning it was still there which was pretty gross. I know that several hotel employees saw it because we had a few people come to our room to drop off things we had requested and they would have definitely walked by it. Overall, the hotel is nice though. The oceanfront location is basically as good as you can get. The parking was convenient as well. I just think that some of the employees were relaxing a bit too much now that the busy season is over, and that wasn't great to see.

Everyone was very helpful and nice. The hotel is very clean and quiet. Beautiful view and beautiful room. Will definately stay again next year!
