Seems this hotel is older and really not worth the dollar

No coffee in the lobby. Rooms smell weird

Central location & fantastic view.

The property is in a good location and makes the downtown area walkable however the property itself could use a facelift. It’s a little dated.

I loved how close the hotel was to the waterfront, restaurants and activities which really allowed us to enjoy Saint John! Wish more had been included (we had to pay extra for parking which was not ideal), but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The only thing I would like to see is besides coffee in the room that the lobby would have coffee especially in the morning for visitors doing their morning walks etc.

Hotel room has a horrible stale smell. Carpet needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced. Satins all over. Shower faucet wasn't properly installed or sealed. Water was (under pressure) spraying back up against the wall from the shower head joint and all over the place. This is a VERY tired hotel and NOT worth the cost to stay there. On a good note, the man who checked us in was very polite and gave us a room view upgrade although I would hate to see the lesser room. The town seems to shut down early. Only a few places to eat later in the evening were available. (9pm) The walk home with my wife was a nervous one. Many strung out people wandering around. I can handle myself BUT she doesn't want to be near that. Very disappointing. I won't return.

Hotel is in a GREAT location! Right on the harbour and the city has spent a lot of money updating the harbour front and it’s beautiful! So much to walk around and do in this area. The hotel is very clean and updated! The only downside was the AC didn’t work very well and our room was fairly warm. We had a harbour front view and it was beautiful, would definitely return to this hotel!

Stay was good. Excellent location and room. We paid extra for the pull out bed but it was terribly uncomfortable. The rest of the room was fine.

We had two rooms. One room was excellent. The A/C in the second room stopped working during the night. I didnt call down to the desk because i wasnt about to switch rooms then. When i went to check out, i explained about the A/C, all the person did was say ok and wrote the nimber down. There was no apology or compensation for this. An apology would have been sufficient.

Great location, but the restaurant/room service staffing was very low both nights we were there. Getting through to room service took over half an hour and multiple calls. When I reached them via the front desk, they said that delivery (for two slices of cake, so no cooking involved) would take at least an hour. The availability of room service was an important factor when we chose the Hilton over the Delta.

I liked the cleanliness and the friendly staff.

The hotel was in a great location, and our room had a view overlooking the harbour. While the staff were friendly and our room was clean overall, the hotel was very damp inside. We found that our clothes were damp and had an odour when we left.

Well located and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. Staff were excellent. Perfect location for anyone visiting Saint John.

The location is perfect, walking distance to everything. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest and very old, needs major updates. Fuse blew, no lights worked once i turned on the hairdryer.

Very good views, great staff...friendly and helpful. The hotel is nicely located. Easy access to historical sites, and parks. Plenty of food options. Would stay there again! Has a nice breakfast, but a bit pricy for a breakfast as the buffet was the only option, and I don't eat a lot.
