Our experience here was top notch. It’s not for the faint of heart price wise, but worth every penny in my opinion. The rooms were clean and modern and the pool and beach area were spectacular. I am VERY picky about hotels and I would absolutely recommend it. We had a few families with small children during our stay and they were all very happy as well.

Birthday gift. Paid in full before check in. Hotels.com 72969624308488 gave a property fee and as a Hilton member 3172362048 I made a budget for the amount along with parking and possible add on for Hilton resort fee per the written information within both website or invoices. Unknown to me there was an additional $300 hold request for incidentals nothing was in writing for that amount. Very disappointing and an uncomfortable feeling for going until a birthday the next day. Front desk helped offer another hold amount but then I was charged $30-$40 more than what was discussed. Also, ocean view room with balcony requested very dirty glass balcony panels and water leaked from the top floors all-day. Not a good feeling when our windows he balcony.

Staff was great, we rented two rooms for one night. room 1811 was ok at best for the price. Soap scum and black mold through the shower, exhast fan didnt work nor did all of the lights and the bathroom door didnt latch. Not to mention the dried blood on the bed frame near the balcony... the second room 19 somthing rented was imaculate.

The room was great and the location was excellent. What did not make sense was the lack of a decent restaurant or even coffee shop on the premises. I’ve never been in a nice hotel like this with the total lack of a decent “open” restaurant

Our room was hot & you couldn’t turn down the ac. After an hour and two requests they finally came. The filter wax filthy and they struggled to lower temp but it finally cooled off. No paper towels in the kitchen. When you spend over $500/night you expect more.

Our family stayed for 4 days. The property is nice but under construction and needs updates to the rooms and pool. The grout is stained and the doors are noisy, but the daily housekeeping is nice. The staff were great. No smart TV, no ESPN. The food on site was expensive and not a great value. We enjoyed the views and access to the beach.

Great hotel in a great location. We were a group of 5 women and had a 1 bedroom suite with 2 queens and a pull out sofa. We only stayed 1 night but it would be a great room for multiple nights stay with a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms, which was a pleasant surprise. The bedroom had a full length dressing mirror and a huge beautiful bathroom with separate shower and tub. Beautiful balcony views and hotel amenities were fantastic. Thought the price was fair for the accommodations we got. I would look forward to another stay

The property is across the street from the beach. Towels and chairs are provided in the resort fee charged (about $50 per night). Umbrellas cost $30 with a separate vendor at the beach.
Bottles of water are provided daily per person which is also part of the resort fee.
Courteous staff and beautiful property. Try to get an ocean view room. The balcony view is so relaxing. Would definitely be coming back!

The place is very clean and quiet. We’re so happy we’re given a room that’s really nice ocean view. The staff very courteous and helpful. The place is highly recommendable.

The toilet in our first room did not work, but the staff was amazing and got us a new room with no issues and we were not rushed to move rooms, which was very accommodating since we had plans at the time.

The location is great. Parking is valet only 60$/night. Cleaning happens only between 10am-5pm. If you have kids that would like to use the beach you will have to deal with sand being all over the place till the next day.
Also resort fee you pay is basically for hotel pool access ( no private beach access) and the restaurant is super expensive ( we got 4 ice cream bars for 65$ which is insane.
We got a 2 bedroom suite that included a kitchen that was essentially empty. You need to call to get plates, cutlery, basic essentials.
The biggest thing for me was cleanliness, we had to wear shoes inside our rooms because otherwise our feet would get dirty in 2 min.
