Everything was just fine. Clean and friendly hotel. Easy access from highway. Plenty of parking.

This hotel is excellent! The staff is extremely helpful & friendly. The manager Hannah is extremely friendly & helpful. The food at the buffet was very good &the drinks at the bar were awesome! I highly recommend this hotel & plan to be back again

Drury Inns always a pleasurable stay, From the friendly and customer oriented staff to the included happy hour and evening meal this hotel is truly outstanding. Pet fees are becoming poor value--what do you get for $60? I can board my pet for this amount and receive full service for him. Hotels.com needs to list the pet fees. Hotel.com also needs to distinguish between handicap accessible rooms--tubs with hand rails vs. roll in showers. My wife is wheelchair bound and requires a roll-in shower, but our reserved room had a tub. This Drury Inn was extremely helpful, offering to change rooms to accommodate her needs and/or provide a bridge for tub access.

We wanted to visit a few touristy places nearby and decided to stay here after a great Drury Inn experience in Indiana. Needless to say, the stay wasn't the best here. We had booked 2 rooms and asked for joining rooms. We requested on our reservation AND called confirming it would be possible. When we checked in, we were not accommodated and told they didn't have those rooms available, instead, we were told we'd have side by side rooms. However, it was side by side and around the corner (in the atrium area) so it was very inconvenient. Both of us had a small dog. The lady who checked us in seemed very unhappy we each had a small dog (15 lbs) and charged us $60 per pet, per night. AND, they were super strict about where we were allowed to go in the hotel. Not pet friendly. When we checked out, our hotel bill was messed up and it took over 30 minutes to straighten it out. Our rooms were clean but one of the rooms off the atrium was very loud, sounded like a truck was running all night inside the wall, which also made the wall and headboard vibrate. Very difficult to sleep. I do not think we will be staying here again.
