The lack of quality is seen from the outside. People live there long term. It is dirty inside and out. It reeks of cigarettes in the lobby, up the questionable elevator with dirty/sticky buttons, and in the room. We checked into the hotel, went up to the room, then immediately checked out. There was dirt everywhere, the room did not look to have been cleaned. I checked the bedding, the sheets were dirty with questionable stains. I saw a stain that appeared to be under the sheet, yes it was a blood/bodily fluid stain on the mattress cover that was visable through the sheet.
When we checked out, a mere 10 minutes after checking in, they said they could only refund the following night and not the current night, which is ridiculous considering the state of the place, a refund I've yet to receive. -10/10 would NOT recommend staying there.

Basic standard room. Good price. 1st floor rooms have higher ceilings than upstairs rooms. Pool was open and families with children were enjoying it tremendously.

My cousin and i had to be up that way for a early doctors appointment. It was a nice visit and relaxing she was not to kneen about the swimming pool i think she said that it didn't looked very clean. But like i said it was a stay until we was about to make it to the hospital the next day

The room and complex is decent. There were burn holes in the sheets. There was mold on the shower curtain and worse of all when I was checking out after leaving $100 cash deposit. The gentleman said that I had blood on the hand towel that I used it wasn’t blood. It was ketchup because we got something to eat and it came out and I didn’t have a paper towel and I wiped it on the hand towel thinking that that was Fine, but apparently with them it’s not for you to use other than I don’t know what. Seems like the checkout was scam. He came back with pictures on his phone and said that I damaged the paper. No sorry not paper hand towel and I said it wasn’t damaged. I throw it in the laundry and clean up it up so they deducted $10 I’ll never go to that place again so be cautious, apparently you can use the room. You just can’t use a hand or tile if you get it dirty they’re going to charge you part which I thought that is the purpose of having a hand towel disappointed!!!

I understand a deposit but Id rather they just take a care versus actually charging it. Im not sure the length of time before refund is issued so cant comment on that yet.
We came for breakfast which was dry cereal and biscuit and gravy. We tried the B & G but didnt like it. Check out was fast and easy. We would stay here again if ever in this area. It was also very close to St Louis attractions.

Please! Don’t waste your time on this Motel!! It is falling apart! Dirty, old. Everything is broken. Elevator, pool, toaster. You can’t call this breakfast including!! Really poor.

Pool water looked merkey and one of ours rooms smelled like mildew due to the air conditioner flooding the room. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, bread, toast every single day.

The room was good with a fairly new bathroom. All the amenities worked well. The breakfast was very minimal.

Had a great time. They are making necessary repairs and definitely trying to fix it up. It's definitely got older aesthetics, but we were happy with the condition. Did not smell. The pool was clean and nice and cool. (We aren't fans of the heated indoor pools). Was not overpowered with chlorine. Our room was clean. Bedding was dingy but not dirty or stained, just older. Pillows were very comfortable. Bed wasn't comfortable nor uncomfortable, but just pretty basic with a light pillow top. Room was quiet. AC was working but blower was not very strong. They did however have several units in boxes ready to install, so this is part of their upgrades coming. It worked enough to keep our room cool plus we also had our own fan for noise that we just placed in front of the AC to help circulate the cool air. The breakfast was pretty minimal. Just biscuits and gravy, toast, and cereal. Juice and coffee too. The buscuits and gravy was good. I do wish they had a fruit option, but all n all we were fed. On a budget this was the perfect spot and we will return.

At checkout we did a walkthrough of the room with the worker and got our deposit back before leaving. No issues at all. So if you notice any damage at check in, let them know right away. The employees were so kind. Even gave us extra towels when asked.
