The room was nice and it was clean! I was in room 301 a non smoking room and don’t smoke. They’re where smoking room’s all around my non smoking room. The hallway smells like smoke, very very strong cigarette smoke. I even seen someone smoking in the hallway! Super 8 needs to do better to separate smoking and non smoking rooms.

Clean, comfortable, quiet basic stay. The breakfast is unimpressive -- yogurt and nutri-bars.

The location is convenient, and the hotel was good for a one night stay. The room could use a deep clean in the corners and the bathroom (ex there was a tin yogurt lid between the refrigerator and the cupboard wall). Check in is normally easy with the super 8 by Wyndham - we can do all of it before we arrive - but this location decided that a military ID is not a valid form of identification (?) and the gentleman who checked us in was insistent that only a drivers license was acceptable . We also did the pre checkout process, indicating that we would be leaving at 11 and still were woken up by knocking on our door at 9:30 (with a do not disturb sign on the door) In addition they deactivated our room key as we were loading up our car (still prior to 11am) and we had to get a new one to get the remaining items from our room. We’d stay again, but this location is not as friendly or hospitable as many of the super 8 by Wyndham’s we’ve slept in. For the price, if you’re just looking for a bed and shower, it’s worth it

Didn't have anyone to help load or unload heavy medical equipment for breathing machine. No one to unload or assist with luggage to the room. No rolling cart!

Well I am a handicap man and even though I didn't get a handicap room, the staff in the lobby was very kind and even helped me get my wheelchair out of the back of my SUV and carried my luggage in, where do you get that kind of service now a days, NO WHERE...

I have stayed at many budget hotels in the region, usually only ones with a higher customer rating. But I'm glad I took a chance on this Super 8. It should be rated higher. I suspect some outdated reviews may be the culprit because it is a solid value. There's nothing remarkable, just a relatively clean place with friendly staff, attentive management and a good price for the area. I stayed an extra night in fact, and will be back.

Absolutely love staying here. Selena is amazing to us!! We only stay here when we're in Johnston City.

we booked non smoking room .. it was smelling like crap and had the staff spray room freshener .. bath tub is torned and patched .. not a good place for family

Actually I didn't not stay here but I made reservations for my friend who stayed 3 nights. He said the rooms were clean & was quite pleased with the property.

We stayed in a room that was “no smoking” but every morning we would wake up to the smell of someone smoking. Property says they have breakfast which they do but all they have is cereal, coffee and juices.
