This is my go to hotel with my family. All the conveniences for children and adults and a short ride from the centro.

Been at this hotel a number of times. Conveniently located by the beach and relatively close to historic center (15 min by cab). It seems to me, that service levels are decreasing a bit. Receptionists are somewhat less friendly than they used to be. Rooms are nice (especially the newer ones in “Torre del Mar”). If you dine at the hotel, go for the restaurants “Bijao” and “Erre” (more formal) - you pay more but much better value for money. The beach is nice (do not expect white sand, though) - especially if you want to walk. But really irritating that staff do not ask other guests to lower their music. There are a lot of vendors at the beach, but most are not too Insistent. Hotel is only 10 minutes from airport.

This hotel is falling apart! First room we got the AC stop working in the middle of the night, it was close to the pool so we had to listen to loud Karaoke night till 10 pm and then wake up with the airplanes flying out at 5 am. Balcony door was broken as well. So, they changed us to a great room, AC working perfect and great location, until it started raining and we had a roof leak and all our shoes got soaked. They tolda us after a couple of hours that it wasnt repairable and we had to move again to another room. We were tired so we decided to stay in the leak room since it was our las night which completly regret because first thing in the morning i found a dead Cockroach next to my bed! Thats when we finally packed all our belongings and left. The food is average and super expensive, service is horrible. Breakfast was good. The pools are nice and clean but overcrowded. If you want to go to the beach you have pay for chairs and umbrella and eventhough you are set in the hotel area theres a bunch of pushy people trying to sell u stuff and do massage. I used to come to this hotel all the time but this was def my last time. Go somewhere else!!!!!!!

Lovely oasis with terrific facilities especially noteworthy are the number of distinct pools from adult to pint sized.

Very dated. Service is ok. Wi-Fi is weak and difficult to figure out. Room won’t cool even though AC has been on for 8 hours. Won’t stay here again

Stay away from this property unless you want to end up in the hospital. We booked a room here and when we got there getting ready for bed a bat flew out from behind the curtain at me and my wife. We told the front desk and they moved us to a lower grade room near an elevator it was so loud we couldn’t sleep. Poor customer service and dangerous avoid this hotel like a plague which you could get it you get bit by a bat.
