Stay at the Mantra on the Esplanade in Darwin was excellent !
Perfect location
Quiet with a lovely view and close to the supermarket and eateries
Foyer a bit dated
Our 1 bedroom apartment fully equipped with many appliances
Anything we asked for was acted on promptly
Staff extremely helpful and obliging
Would definitely stay again

Great place for my family of 6 apartment was comfortable and enough space for us all clean will stay there again close enough for us to walk to shops and some activities we wanted to do

Checked in @ 2pm, reception lady was rude and made us feel like feel bad because we were interrupting her her private phone call

I did not like the fact that they were not doing recycling at the Mantra. All rubbish just went in to red bins. Pretty disappointing in this day and age. Everything else was fine.

An acceptably clean room although some rubbish from previous guests was left in the room. No room service and unable to request a bucket of ice for our room. Not bad overall, but could be better.

The pool was good , however a damp odour in the room was not pleasant. Noisy room at the rear of the property. The room was well appointed but bites from bugs in the couch.

But the staff more than made up for that, they were friendly and accommodating .

Overall it’s nice ,, No parking ,, had to park on the street ,, they to interested in charging you extra for parking ?? Free parking should be included in hotel price ,,, car park under building was half full ,, hard to get a car park near by ,, backpackings out the back of hotel very noisy

Had asked for a harbour view 4 months in advance, we got the carpark.
Rooms and adjoining kitchen lounge areas were very big and tidy, great space , bedroom was large as well.
Overall we loved our stay

The property was clean and convenient. The reception staff were very helpful. However, I would say the cleaning staff were not mindful. The first night, we arrived in the middle of the night. There were no blankets, and our first night was freezing, not a good impression or a good start to our week stay. (I also know we were not the only customers who didn't have blankets on a freezing night. Yes the reception staff were very helpful the next day

On the money we paid. For one night. It’s the bed that let the place down. Two beds together and hard mattress shame really

Good location. The property is a bit tired. Although the room was clean they didnt service it, which was a surprise to us.
