The only good thing about the stay was the staff. The front desk lady was nice and polite. But the hotel room itself was filthy. I even felt itchy laying on the bed! The bathroom looked like a gas station previously occupied the business and there were dirty stains on the floor which didn’t make it appealing to use. The chairs had dog scratches on it, and the lighting from the hallways were so dim, they could get a deal from Hollywood to make the next big horror film. This isn’t what the photos looked like from the hotel app, I was greatly deceived and I didn’t stay longer than 5 hours before leaving the place cause it was so gross. I’ll pay more money next time to stay at a hotel that’s cleaner and better than this. Nothing comfortable about the stay, disgusting place. I’d want some of my money back considering I didn’t even stay the night. Worst hotel experience thus far. Definitely avoid this hotel, and possibly others in the future.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly, and the area outside was clean as well. This place has a hot tub and indoor pool. Hot breakfast was also provided, and it was also good. Great job!

The couch was filthy, the hallway and elevator smelled horrible. There was mold in the bathroom. My granddaughter cut her finger open on the old toilet paper rack. The towels were dirty. The night clerk was rude and didn’t know anything. They had no extra linens for the pullout couch. The homeless came in to eat the free breakfast which by the way was minimal. It was loud and Om everything was outdated. Overall the stay was horrible and I will never stay again if I visit Austin. Instead of being close to the softball field, I will definitely choose a more expensive hotel. You get what you pay for!!!

If you choose the reserve now and pay at the hotel the will charge whatever card you have before getting to the location even if you tell them you will be using a different card at check in. The rooms were fine beds comfortable but the hallway has an old smell.

booked handicap accessable room through expedia, the hotel had no record of the accessable room info. The upholstered chair was wet and sticky. There were urine stains on the caulking at the bottom of the stool. Yellow stains on towel in bath. Musty smell in room. The rool in shower was poorly caulked as all caulking in the bath was very poor. The clerk was great. Would not go back.

We were looking for a comfortable overnight stay and just left a Comfort Inn located in Nebraska. The two hotels couldn't be further apart. The Nebraska was clean, comfortable, and met our expectations. This hotel had dirty entrance doors, poor customer service at check in, very old hotel with many issues. Even the shower had reversed the hot and cold water flow. Gaps in electrical outlets, no milk for cereal and no staff to turn to. The waffles had dark batter and tasted bad. Do not stay at this hotel.

The only minor issue I found was the shower curtain was dirty/dingy and the tub had stains which appeared to be old but gave the overall look of not being well maintained. Everything else was fine.
