This property was located close to the Hot Springs and plenty of restaurants. The staff was professional and helpful. Breakfast was about as good as you could get at any hotel - great food, great value.

I understand inflation but definitely not worth the cost of $350 a night. Room & Pool area are in need of maintenance, breakfast ended at 9 on a Saturday(really),no channel guide for tv, no phone charging USB plugs, WiFi would not work on our phones, paper thin walls, toilet flushes twice?
Hampton has changed but I guess everyone is being bought out by conglomerate cheap, greedy companies.

Bed was very comfortable and the property was pretty clean . However, rooms need some updating. Carpet in our room needed to be replaced (they patched up a piece of it and it was very noticeable). Bathroom needed caulking in tub area. They need another elevator as well. There’s only one small elevator!

AC unit did not work well and turned on/off for just short period. Thermostat seemed inaccurate and was set at 63 when we go there…should have been clue. Refrig needs defrosting.
Room big and furniture comfortable. Breakfast had good variety but more standard for a lower level hotel …frozen omelets, precooked bacon. Fresh fruit great! Staff great!

Apparently lower level floors are better in this regard. Windows we’re filthy on the outside. The place needs some better maintenance. However the beds were fine and we slept ok.

The location is great because it's walking distance from downtown and right next to the gondolas. The rooms, breakfast and staff are average. However, for the price and it being a subsidiary of Hilton you would expect higher standards.

Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great. Best continental breakfast I’ve had in a long time. Definitely will stay here next time I’m in town.
