It was perfect. The staff are very polite and helpful. The restaurant staff are very attentive and polite. The front desk staff are very helpful and attentive. I have nothing to complain about the hotel.

Great service from all the staff the moment we step into the hotel. Check in was super smooth and the room that we had is comfortable and well appointed. Special shout out to Ms Mia from the Pacific Lounge. She can converse very well and is very pleasant, making us feel at home and comfortable.

We stayed at the hotel for only around 12-13 hours. But it was a good stay. Breakfast and dinner was great.

The fixtures were old and unlike any other five star hotel, it charged me for extra bottle of water beyond 1 litre per day. The bathroom fixtures need to be re looked and food options as well

The hotel overall is not bad however my room was not clean it look unkept. The carpet was dirty and the walls and feeling was dirty as well . The room smell like mold. We cancelled the next reservation we had for another day and change hotels

The hotel is extremely neat and beautiful. The only issue is that it's abit far from old quarter.

I stayed at this hotel twice this year, first tine experience was good second time I wasn’t happy. There were some black hair on my bathtub when I checked in. Duvet cover had a hole, shower faucet was not attached to the wall property. I also went for a massage with a friend at the hotel and both of us were not happy with the way the massage was done, it wasn’t professional, the day before in old town for half price we got a better quality massage.
I rate this hotel 4 star.
