Hotels need to invest more in hairdryers. The hairdryer was of such bad quality, that it took forever to dry my hair. It is a small thing that is overlooked by most hotels and is such an important feature.
Also, i plugged in all my electronics to charge overnight, but when you press the master switch to turn off all the lights at night, it also turns off all the plug points, so none of my electronics charged. Huge oversight that needs to be looked at.

Very friendly staff, good location and spacious room.
If you are in need of parking, the hotel only has 10 parking space, so be sure to book in advance. We used a parking lot not far away, but with limited space for the public. We were lucky to get a parking space.

Lovely hotel with great service, helping us find a lost phone, getting an airport shuttle and providing information. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant to end our wonderful trip to Belgium.

This hotel is really outdated, felt like I was back in the 80’s. Bathroom really bad, TV literally 20 years old.
They also charged me 9.50 euros for city tax when the charge is only 5 euros set by the government, this hotel should be avoided at all costs unless you miss staying at your grandparents house

Lovely hotel close to city centre (20 min walk). Parking around corner but convenient. Rooms lovely, grand old hotel with nice bar on ground floor. Didn't have breakfast as many cafe around corner on main road and breakfast in hotel was ridiculously high (37 Euros pp!)

Great stay in Le Chatelain. Best hotel I have been in all year. Great staff, and service. Convenient location. Great shops and restaurants in a short walking distance.

The room had a window next to the street and you could hear the train all night long. The weather was very warm, and the fan wasn't strong enough to cool the room. The conforter was for winter weather. It was hard to sleep well with the noise and the heat.

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Chatelain. The hotel had a traditional style and felt clean throughout. The staff were friendly and helpful and able to answer any questions. Staying at this hotel made our trip. The breakfast had a good selection and was nice and fresh.

We loved this hotel for our stay in Brussels! The room was large with a nice size bathroom with a glorious deep tub that really hit the spot after a day or two walking all over the city sightseeing, also had a separate shower with great water pressure. All the staff were very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Dated hotel, vaguely charming. Monotonous check in, not quite unfriendly. Fantastic location with lots of great shops/ restaurants & 1 block away from tram, very easy to navigate public transportation.

Classy hotel with very capable and welcoming staff, albeit some of he amenities were slightly dated. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of options. Good transport options and walkable distant from some really nice parts of the city. Would definitely stay here again.
