I had to wait for 15 minutes for a front desk person to take care of me. The bed spread and sheets did not appear clean, the shower curtain looked like it had blood or coffee stains on it. The curtains didn’t fully close so there was light shining through all night and my room was across from the door to the stairs which slams very loudly and the elevator was not operating therefore it was being used and slammed constantly all hours. I was happy to leave at 4am..

The room was completely run down and dirty. The bathtub had pink mildew build up in it. The counter around the stove was falling apart. And all furniture was completely beat up and run down. All staff I delt with was incredibly nice but I won't stay due to the condition of the hotel.

terrible hotel would not recommend to anyone, smells, dirty, mold on the walls, blood on the wall, stains on the carpet in the room, staff was not friendly all around horrible experience there was a hole in the ceiling with all the electrical wires showing , we were there for maybe 2 hrs and found another hotel to stay in and was not refunded our complete charges, which considering the circumstances we should of been refunded our full charges all around terrible

Cleanliness was not the best. But staff members are friendly

First room they assigned me had a busted TV screen. 2nd room was still being cleaned at 5:45 pm Lot of dope heads lurking around with very heavy MJ smell .

Id like a refund I couldn't shower it was disgusting there were no blankets on the bed and there was food crumbs on the bed.

The staff aren't on the same page. One Will charge you one price and another will charge you another price. They never have clean folded towels and had I not already paid and moved my stuff in I would have left already at just over $500 a week they should at least make sure I have clean towels. I don't even care if they're folded. Then the coffee they offer in the morning is almost straight water. You can see through it to the bottom of the cup. I figured at $500 a week for one room they could at least make coffee correctly! I'm not complaining I'm speaking truth

No grab and go breakfast items were available except for oatmeal, the smell of marijuana halfway through the hallway, the smell of a dead rodent at the end of the hallway, the sink drain in the kitchenette is disgusting, other people who were checking in were waiting for long periods for rooms to be cleaned, I had to get my keys re-swiped every day, there were footprints and dust on the laminate flooring, disgusting stained sheets, no cover on the boxspring, trash piled up outside the side door, the side door was broken and it would never lock for security reasons, massive amount of dust hanging in the bathroom vent, baseboards in the room are falling apart, furniture is falling apart, there was only a small partial roll of toilet paper in my room when I checked in, and it took two days to get some, the toilet runs a lot of the time, the mirror is placed over one of the beds and you cannot even use it, hardly any staff around this entire trip it seemed, and rumors that some staff got frustrated and quit that weekend!

The room was visible dirty and damaged when we entered. Trash on the floor and in the trashcans, the smoke detector dangling from the ceiling, and phone didn't work. The kitchen area had no dishes, pots, pans, no coffee maker, no toaster, etc. There was a placard saying to ask at the front desk for items, which we did, but all they had was 2 bowls, 2 forks, 2 spoons and 2 plates. We couldn't get pots, a toaster or knives all weekend, and the ability to cook was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Very disappointed in the whole experience.

This place is so outdated, smells bad in both the room and common area, the “grab and go breakfast” was literally just coffee and if you asked the attendant for a bowl you could make oatmeal (that’s not grab and go) and there is no seating if you do want to make oatmeal). My room had someone’s half used bar of soap in it. There are no restaurants within walking distance.

I canceled my reservation due to overbooking at this property. Very disappointed.

We were never able to make our stay. We were repeatedly told that we could not check in because the room was not ready all the way up to 9:30 in the evening. We were told all the cleaning staff had quit and we could continue to wait for our room. There was a big convention in town and there were almost no other rooms. We eventually found a place out of town at 10PM.
