We really liked everything, welcome donuts at the room, spacious rooms, great breakfast, staff super friendly. Loved to have breakfast at the terrace.

Services provided by staff doesn't justify the amount they charge per night for stay. We were not allowed to check in at 1pm as tbe check in time was 3pm. Staff is not supportive . We were asked to take higher Suite by paying am extra 280 euros per night if we want to check in early

The breakfast is really good and they have a decent hotel lounge/bar. They have a small executive lounge for Gold (if you book the executive floor) and Diamond members, but if you book with Expedia they may not let you use your membership benefits.

The hotel is great and has very nice premises. It is very well located, allowing you to be near subway and close to downtown, without the annoying crowds and traffic. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Their gym is partnered with an amazing Club with great amenities such as pools, sauna, very well equipped gym etc
