Good value for money. The rooms are basic but the suit is a good size. The hotel staff are helpful and kind. Location is good many things are around. Maybe the only down side is the smell inside the corridors as some people are staying there for a long term and are cooking and frying. However overall is good value for money

Check ij was great and fast. No hidden fees. The room itsself was very clean. The stove in the room wasnt working. I called down to front desk on night one, who said they would have someone come and fix it. They didnt show up our entire 7 day stay. Bathroom and shower was very clean and very nice warm water and water pressure.

Check ij was great and fast. No hidden fees. The room itsself was very clean. The stove in the room wasnt working. I called down to front desk on night one, who said they would have someone come and fix it. They didnt show up our entire 7 day stay. The first room we were given was filthy. The bathroom light didn't work, the microwave was dirty the refrigerator was dingy and old the floor had bug shells in the corners and one of the beds was wobbly that the mattress with base came completely up from the floor when you just sat on the edge. We asked to move to another room and although the lady at the front desk was very pleasant she didn't know what condition the room was in. When she moved us the second room was a little better but when we saw the curtains with tiny holes in them it looked as if they have a serious problem. The bed covers were thin with only one sheet and only two pillows for two queen beds. And the drawers had roach shells in them not clean at all. The breakfast to go was a muffin and coffee but no choices. The location in Schaumburg right next to Woodfield mall come on this could have been a great place to stay but unfortunately the staff could careless. My recommendation is to stay somewhere else!!!!!!!😲

Commode was not cleaned. Microwave was missing. Two requests were not successful in obtaining one. Refrigerator was noisy when it cycled on and the doors did not open in the correct direction for the kitchen area.

This was a nice hotel, clean staff were friendly, lots of shopping in the area just a short drive. Room was clean and quiet. My only complaint was the shower curtain was too short or bar was too high the curtain didn’t go into the bath and soaked the floor.

The lobby was chaos. No one took notice I was there for ten minutes. The floors in the kitchenette were sticky. The bed had sheets, but no blanket. There was significant noise all night. I only spent long enough there to sleep and then I bolted.

The reason I gave this property the stars I Did is because when I first checked in the room was Dirty and there wasn't one available and was not compensated for that I only got the option of
Moving to another room, also one of the staff members Mona is her Name was very rude and sassy had no clean towels she said she didn't clean Towels and she was sick and maybe she would do them later but, the Manager Mrs Gomez Did Assiste in anyway I Needed but I should have been compensated.
