Hello, I arrived at my resort and the staff was not very friendly. They told me my reservation was cancelled because of a no show. I contacted the resort two times before my trip i would show up the following morning after 7 am. My mother also called and confirmed this over the phone. The staff was rude to my mother and not very polite towards me. I found my stay at the AC Marriot in Cayala complely different. I appreciate you reaching out to me, I will not consider this hotel for future visits. Thank you.

The desk staff are terrible - the service staff are great - but the customer service is awful. The property is difficult to get to despite being right on the highway.

Receptionist no so kind, Executive Room. With out paper to write a note, missing picture paint, the towels to old, not for a executive Room, the carpet flooring to smelly and old.
