It’s lovely hotel , close to the station very welcoming. Staff friendly and helpful

Hotel it’s self was beautiful but when you pay £200+ for a room mid week you don’t expect to be greeted with a £50 damage deposit for a room. A little bit insulting really. Also when a check out is 11am you don’t expect to be knocked on by cleaners at 10am trying to kick you out the room.

Great Double room, comfy bed and good sized tv. Only down side to this room was no mini bar or slippers/robes.

Always a brilliant stay. Upgraded to a suite and the extra space a complimentary mini bar was brilliant. Used the valet parking this time which again, very convenient and a brilliant service all round.

I’ve stayed here several times, it’s one of my favourite hotels. The staff are always amazing and can’t do enough for you. I highly recommend this hotel. I spend 4 nights a week in hotels so I don’t say this lightly; this is the best hotel in Manchester.

The bed was super comfortable, clean and spacious. Loved the dark colouring of the hotel made you feel relaxed. The fire place in the reception area was amazing.
Would definitely stay again. Can’t wait for the one at Manchester Airport to open.

From the moment you enter you feel valued and respected, from the receptionist, maitre d’, porter and waitresses.
Well furnished rooms, soft bedding & towels, good toiletries and tons of hot water.
Breakfast was a la carte and well presented.
Although the hotel was on a side street & at night was quite dark, it was also in central Manchester, so there were plusses & minuses.
However, we will stay at The Dakota when we’re next in Manchester, it is a lovely place to stay.

This appears to be five star in every way, great bar and restaurant, excellent breakfast. Rooms are elegant and spacious. Staff could not do enough for us, they were all very well trained and offered excellent customer service. Fantastic modern beautiful hotel.
