everything is very clean and in good conditions, very minimalistic so you dont find a lot of stuff all arround. Well located in GYE too

This is a comfortable, simple hotel near the Guayaquil Airport. Since we arrived about 10 pm and didn't want to take the 4 hour ride to Cuenca that late, we stayed in a hotel. We got to the hotel about 11:15 pm. We were warmly greeted, tho the desk cleark had a bit of a problem finding our reservation. Check in took just a few minutes and we were shown to our room. The room was clean but simple: queen bed, big TV, 'fridge, dresser and not much else. Only 1 drinking glass. A\C worked fine if a bit noisy. Room was otherwise very quiet. I thought the bed was OK. My spouse found it quite comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. Coffee in Educador is nearly always instant, as was this. Eggs, toast, juice, etc was fine. The desk clerk called a taxi, helped with all our luggage and we were off. Price was marked half off which was a fair price. If I'd paid the full price I would have been unhappy as this is a very simple place great for a business person or for a quick overnight like we did. Certainly not a deluxe hotel or resort, just clean with a friendly and helpful staff and a goid breakfast.

This hotel for business trip it is very good no expensive , near to commercial zone , clean

Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Marcelius, great water pressure and clean sheets even though we just had one towel. Our family would definitely stay here again for the breakfast buffet and location. Check in was a bit slow but valet was prompt and friendly.

safebox didnt work ... big mess for me .... the jacuzzi need 4 hours to fill up ... many small details ... breakfast is good and employees very cordial.

Very noisy due to work inside hotel. Poor food in restaurant with little taste and high process. Poor management and little customer interest. Room was ok a nice size but dated. Good location. The hotel was responsible for an accident where yogurt was tipped all down my trousers. They would not pay to have them cleaned.Would I go there again. No . Poor in my opinion
