Check in was horrible. They did not have the room ready and when the room became ready, it took us more than an hour to check in with one person going up and down to check on the condition of the room. They really have to have more staff there to help with the customers

We only stayed one night. The hotel window looked out onto the road which was a bit noisy at night. Staff did not offer to show the pool or hotel areas when we arrived, in the morning the pool was closed for maintainance. Having the pool option was one of the main reasons why we chose the hotel.

I am a world traveler, and I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life.
It started with being harassed at the front desk with their confusion over how many people were booked for the room.
Then being shamed after we asked for more towels, and then refused to give more on the same day the towels were changed.
The last straw was when I was checking out and they accused me of eating an extra breakfast (for my pregnant guest) which did not happen.
Seriously who starts fights with their guests and then doesn’t even bother to apologize.
The pictures are accurate. The building is hard to find and parking is difficult.
Save yourself the stress and stay anywhere else!

I like that it was in a ok neibourhood even tough a homeless man was well installed on the stairs in front of the Hotel. The interior parking area is really dirty.
Appreciated free shuttle to the beach and personal kidness and patience.
