Just a spectacular property. There was a construction going close to the building and we were moved to top floor massive suite!

Since it was Military day holiday, there was many traffic regulations and changes of Limousine bus stops/schedule, we would not have got to the Inchon airport without kindness and effort of several hotel stuff.(bell persons). They literally were running around to get us on a bus.
I greatly appreciate your help.
It made our trip to Seoul so memorable and we definitely will be coming back to stay at Lotte Hotel Seoul.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Great location and very close to Myeongdong Street, Lotte Department store and Duty Free. Topnotch service and the breakfast buffet was amazing!

Myedong-dong just 1 block away and they have their own duty free shopping mall.

Excellent location and very nice staff. Rooms were a bit dated. Air conditioning didn’t work properly.

The room is clean and comfortable, though it is slightly old.
The shower diverter is broken, and it seems to be left as broken for a long time.
The room service is excellent. It is worth its price.
