I've often felt most Fairfield's are good places to stay, due to the quality brand name of Marriott. This place was just as I expected, although the area leaves much to be desired. There is nothing appealing about Vacaville; just a place to drive through.

The front desk was often left unattended. One time we needed an extra pillow and called out for the office manager (per directions) but no one came to the front. We had to call the office phone number. No one answered the phone either.
There was a low whistle coming from the window or AC (which wasn’t running very often) all night long.

Great for the money. The main bed was fairly comfortable but the pull out sofa was the worst out of our last 30 hotel stays. Perfect for one person but our family had a rough go the next day because the sofa bed was so uncomfortable. Staff was very helpful, breakfast was available.

Walls, doors, and ceilings do not keep the noise level to a minimum. It was hard to sleep with doors slamming and hard footsteps above. Other than that all the staff we came across were amazing by being helpful and pleasant. The room was clean.

The property is very clean and the staff were amazing. I left some clothes in our room and they went above and beyond by shipping all our stuff to our home address.

Staff were great and friendly. Room was very clean and it was a very quiet property. The $12 parking fee seemed unnecessary since it’s not in a busy area, but a great stay otherwise.

b) The bathroom door in Room 322 was not level, such that if you left it slightly open it would slowly bend fully open and strike the front door (loud).
The exceptional cleanliness, nicely folded towels, WiFi accessibility, willingness of front desk to quickly solve a minor issue, TV, microwave, ice, swimming pool, and free breakfast far outweighed any issues I had. It was a "very" pleasant stay.
