The bathroom sink was disgusting plugged up. The pool was so hot u could not even swim and the breakfast was not anything g to brag about.

Our stay was very, very pleasant. We are not used to such nice facilities while travelling and were very surprised how much it was worth the cost. We'll do it again for sure..

There was bed bugs, we tried calling the front desk for more pillows and blankets and phone did not work we called the main line and were told we have to come to front desk and ask for them.

The room overall was clean but the lobby and hallways were so uncomfortably warm. To stand and wait for breakfast was just way too warm. There were tower fans on chairs and it was quite unbearable.

We arrived early and before even asking to check in early (before we were at the counter) the person behind the counter said loudly that there was a $75 early check in fee. What made be mad was that we were NOT even going to ask for early check in. Maybe turn the AC on and you wont be irritable.
