I booked a fireplace suite and they gave me a room without a fire place all the way in the back in the Euclid Tower

Older building but kept up well. Stayed one night for a football game, and it was a great experience. Valet is a bit costly, but I guess that’s big city for ya. Easily walkable to Browns stadium, and right across the street from the arena and casino. Plenty of restaurants/bars along the street too. Will stay again if back in town!

Lights by the bed didn’t work. Very awkward placement of furniture. Trash from previous left behind. Almost asked to change rooms but after hearing how the person at the front desk spoke to another patron, I decided to not.

The location and valet were the reasons we picked this hotel. Valet was full so we had to find parking on a full night of events going on in Cleveland. Not fun.

Rooms are a little dated. Our room needed a few fixes.

Long line of people with rooms not ready. It would have been nice to offer some bottles of water, snack, complimentary drink .. something. People were being rude to the staff - i felt bad for the staff. BUT - like i said - maybe offering a tiny bit of compensation would have helped. Our evening didn’t go as planned due to the delay of the room not being ready. Valet took over THIRTY minutes the next morning to get our car. We had a long drive and wanted to get on the road.

Was an older hotel. Needs some upgrades. Like the kitchenette with a full refrigerator. Brought our own toilet paper because they offer 1 ply that feels like cardboard. Location was great. Overall just ok.

We booked a 2 double beds so six adults could be in the same room for a bridal party and paid the extra money for booking protection, paid $570.32 for less than a 24 hour stay. when we got to Marriott we were told one room was unavailable and put us in two smaller room, we paid for the booking protection to make your we were all in the same room. lots of money and didn't get what we paid for.

Perfect location for Guardians or Cavaliers game trips. Clean spacious rooms and friendly staff, tons of dining options right outside the hotel. Very highly recommended!

Overall, not thrilled. Location was great, staff was nice. Property is in pretty bad shape. In our room there was food left on the table from the prior guest, dirty handprints on the walls, some sort of sticky substance on kitchen cabinets. Room was in an attic with no windows, and looked like a drop ceiling was installed in front of a glass roof. Bathroom drop ceiling was falling down / falling apart. Definitely needs a full remodel.

We were there for the WWE Summerslam event and we were traveling from PA. I called in and asked about checking early they said no probably. We got there and the woman at the check was very ignorant when telling us we would have to wait because there were people ahead of us. We waited for 1 1/2 hours along. With alot od other people. We were told even if we were Gold Members they were not honoring anything extra.
We finally checked i to our room at 4:30 and thwn had to get ready and go to event so we woukd not kiss jt.
Very disappointed in Marriott — i asked fir a discount because if this and rhe lady literally laughed.

The staff were friendly and helpful! The free breakfast was good. The room had a large stain on the carpet, very dirty/dusty vent, the blanket had stains also.

Great location, but hotel and it's rooms as the in desperate need of renovations. Out room was large but had carpet hiding uneven lips and dips. The toilet barley flushed. The beds were old, lumpy and very uncomfortable. The TV was half blue on the screen. The shower curtain did little to stop large puddling out onto the floor where noticable past damage and mildew was visible. And the access to the rooms required am off track around. Lots in the area but not worth the cost given how bad the room was.

The front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast staff was extremely courteous and attentive. The facility itself has wear and tear, but I could accept that. It is located in prime area - walking distance to many major attractions (which was such a bonus) - and I imagine the hotel is well utilized. The problem is that the rooms were FILTHY. The tub was dirty, the baseboards were disgusting, stained carpet, stained sofa bed cushions….. I could go on and on. We took plenty pictures and are happy to share with Mgmt if it would make a difference. And to be clear, we switched from one room to another and while the 2nd room was better, it was dirty as well. So, I do not believe that the problem can be attributed to one team member. I believe it is an overall issue at the hotel. Thankfully we were only there for one night.

Peeling paint, dirt and dust everywhere. I jad to wash the walls and baseboards to stay the first night. Canceled tother 4 days

This was an older hotel, but the rooms were nice and big. My biggest complaint is that the pull-out bed/couch did not have any sheets, blankets, or pillows. We specifically chose this hotel to have the extra bed. When I called the front desk to ask for some linens, the receptionist sounded annoyed, said she was really busy, and said would try to get me something. She never did.
