The hotel has a good location. Our room was nice and clean, unfortunately super warm because of the heating (receptionist answer was open the window), unfortunately it made our night hard with our 6 months old daughter, because the room was like a sauna.
Breakfast was great. Parking garage is expensive and not recommend with a car that is not SUV.

all was good but the room was not soundproof as I could hear guests' noises from outside the door late at night and early in the morning. rooms should be soundproof

Overall, our stay at K+K Fenix Hotel in Prague was fantastic. The staff was awesome, the breakfast was delicious and the bed was super comfy. Highly recommend!

An amazing hotel in the heart of Prague. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is lovely. I stayed with a friend for a long weekend and it is perfectly located to walk through old or new town.
I would thoroughly recommend it.
We both commented on how comfortable the beds are and how well we slept.
The staff are all welcoming and friendly.

Nice property. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I did not like was that you have to walk past strip clubs and adult advertising to get to the hotel because they are between the hotel and primary outdoor mall in Prague.

Perfect hotel for exploring Prague. Just down a quiet side street away from the hustle and bustle. A 5-10 minute walk to the centre and old town of Prague. Beautiful room, clean, spacious and quiet. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast has a wide variety to cater for all needs (I’m gluten free and there were a few different options). Would definitely recommend this lovely hotel!
ADVICE: use the app ‘Bolt’ to get to and from the airport/and around Prague if needed. This is much cheaper than using the hotels taxi service and is so easy to use and reliable.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was clean and very quiet. The breakfast was great and the hotel was so close to the major sites. I did have a bit of trouble finding the hotel on the day I checked in. Google maps told me to get off at the “Mustek” metro stop but it’s easier if you get off the Museum stop. From there just walk away from the big green dome and make a left on the second street…it’s an easy 5 minute walk. I also liked the fact that the hotel will give you a free drink if you decide to decline housewarming for your stay. I honestly decline housekeeping anyway because if I know housekeeping is coming I always spend 30 minutes every day straightening up so the housekeeper won’t think I’m a slob so it was nice to get a reward for doing what I prefer to do anyway! I’ll definitely stay here again when next in Prague.

Location is good. Receptionist is very nice. She gave me a room close to the lift on my request. Bed is comfortable
