The hotel is on a prime spot by the pier. Nice and clean overall. The windows are not fully noise insulated so a ship being loaded with large metal pipes overnight kept making clanking noises during the process. The parking is across the property and not clearly marked so we had to drive in the messy traffic around that block twice until we went into the hotel to find exactly where the parking was. Should have a sign. The room reservation said parking included but they still charged 20 pesos a night which I just paid not worth arguing a dollar. The room did not have a safe in the closet, and the soap bars were missing so had to ask for some. The whole place bans smoking everywhere on the premises including the balconies if that's important to you.

The property is located right in the center of everything so it’s very convenient. We tried the buffet food option one night and it was a very good price and delicious. We also tried their breakfast buffet and it was incredible. The AC in the room was very nice and kept the room cool. Rooms were clean and the view of the city is beautiful to wake up too! Definitely will be back

This was a beautiful property with kind staff and beautiful views. The buffets that were offered in the hotel was delicious. 24 hour room service was also a plus. Tons to do around the area, and the port is alive a night with music and people. We will definitely be returning!

Excellent hotel! This is where I will be staying every time I visit in the future. The room was very clean, I had an amazing view, parking was easy, food was amazing! I definitely recommend this hotel. I have already told all my friends and family they should stay here when visiting. Staff was very friendly as well. I parked in the parking garage and didn’t have to drive anywhere since there is so much to do in the area. Thank you!

Hotel rooms are nice and clean. The hotel does feel old.
The service in general was very poor.
Took me 45 min to be able to check-in. A room with the specifications I had reserved was not available, and the staff were not accommodating at all.
I ordered room service for breakfast, even after a confirmation call for the order, half of what I ordered didn’t arrive. When they finally brought the rest, they brought what I had specifically asked not to due to food allergies. By the time the whole order arrived (and cutlery which was also missing) it was already time for me to leave.
There was never any follow-up on requests or comments.

I love this place it is centrally located downtown! I loved the service! Emilio, Rossana and Arantza were the best they made feel like home away from home! I can’t wait to come back again

Well, we have been coming here for many years and I have noticed a drop in quality and food and beverage We usually stay for one day or three when first started coming here the employees were enthusiastic. The place was beautiful. The swimming pool and Service was great. The last couple times I’ve come. The front desk did OK but Room Servise and the service for the pool meaning if you ordered something, it would take an active Congress to get somebody to come out and always takes way too long The food has really gone down in quality not were terrible. We asked for a margarita on the rocks with salt. I get a blended margarita that was horrible. These things used to be much better. The rooms were clean and tidy. I just don’t see that enthusiasm that I used to see in your employees. I have worked in this kind of field for over 30 years and I do a lot of traveling. You have a nice hotel and a great location. Just need people to welcome them. Like is if they were welcome to their own home and they need to have a sense of urgency it would help if they brought napkins as well and utensils to eat with. It is the little extra touches please and thank you. Go long way. How is your meal? How was your stay? let people know what’s going on in town. You have a good restaurants, but there’s others around as well.
