The service is really good, but they need to improve on the cleanliness of the hotel, the rooms just had the beds made but the floor and bathrooms were dirty.

One elevator is broken, the second elevator takes forever, it appears to be on its last leg.
The property needs to be updated, there’s really old linen.

Our visit was okay, I think they need to renovate a few things in the hotel, and the receptionist can have a better attitude, other than that everything was good. I’d recommend this hotel because of its location, great restaurants and shopping all around.

Only 2 towels and 1 hand towel, of course we needed more towels and my daughter had a suite so its 4 with only 1 towel

A good place to stay in chihuahua, rooms although not modern are spacious and extremely clean. This is the best place i have stayed in terms of price vs quality. There are many good restaurants in walking distance and only a short uber away from district 1. I would stay again.
