Super convenient location. The brass monkey statue is literally right out the front door. Excellent staff that is helpful and friendly. I enjoyed this hotel tremendously. It served as the perfect base for hitting the Christmas markets. Unfortunately, i didnt adjust to the time difference in time to try the breakfast.

Beautiful hotel. Great service. Room with great view of the old Brucke bridge. Best location for walking to all major areas of old town. Uber is about 9 euros from Heidelberg main train station. Very good buffet breakfast/reasonably priced.

Great quiet hotel in a great location. Wonderful staff, great Wi-Fi. Highly recommend it and will look for CPH hotels in the future.

Perfectly placed with so much to do in the immediate area! Hotel was super clean, and the staff was helpful and cheerful! This is a great hotel and I highly recommend it.

Just one night. Location can’t be any better. Hotel is old but still functional. There isn’t even a bottle of water for free and the fridge is filled up things to attempt you to spend more.

A fantastic old hotel that is definitely has old world charm.

Being a historical property, it's a bit dated. Breakfast was not good and it was pricey for the buffet as we compare it to the other hotels we stayed at during our trip. It's located right at the bridge with a good view of the river - though if you're traveling in the summer, it's better to forego the river view (which doesn't have AC) and opt for rooms with AC.

This property was so beautiful and well kept. The staff was so accommodating. The hotel was just minutes away from everything. I would highly recommend staying at this location.

The hotel has the kindest and most helpful staff! They made our stay so easy.
The location is fantastic — really the best in the Altstadt — right at the Alte Brücke. Our rooms looked out on the Neckar river, which made for a lovely view. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic location! You walk out the door into the center of the old town. Can be quite noisy and parking is a hassle having to find parking in the garage, but it’s well worth it for the location.

Incredibly noisy outside at night due to the Pub outside the hotel. Very old. Strangely, a coffee machine in the foyer/entrance of the hotel that was COIN OPERATED !!!! No courtesy coffee or coffee machine in rooms. No temperature control so we were very uncomfortable with the temperature. Good location for sightseeing.

Very nice hotel - supposedly over 600 years old but in awesome condition and very pretty. The room was incredibly spacious with a separate living room from the bedroom and a nice hallway with closet and drawers. The staff was great. The restaurant was very good for dinner! Ask if they have space in their parking lot as it is limited and only a short drive and walk from the hotel. Very convenient location.
