Started out with Hotels.com offering a "book now, pay later" option which wasn't honored. The hotel charged almost half of the entire stay at booking which would have been good to know. The front desk staff was lovely and so were the cleaning crew. The room itself smelled musty the whole time. I thought maybe it would get better after cranking the AC, but the smell stayed for the entirety of the stay and the carpet felt damp. There was also a bunch of rust and mold in the bathroom on the ceiling. They also charged a $100 hold until checkout which they didn't explain up front, so it looked as though I was overcharged. Nice people, just not great communication and the room needs to be taken care of so the next person doesn't have to smell that.

My family and I we loved it here ! It was really clean place.

The staff was kind (special shout out to the gentleman who ran breakfast, he was beyond wonderful every day) and it’s conveniently close to the beach, but that’s about where the positives stopped. The room smelled horribly of musty mildew, like the carpeting must have gotten water damaged and just left. The shower corners and joints had moldy spots, the pool was disturbingly cloudy and had a light hanging in it which seemed possibly dangerous as it’s in water. There’s only one ice machine in the entire building and it was broken the whole stay, and the elevator randomly gets stuck on floors but the staff just say “yeah we know, it’ll eventually move”. We’ll be coming back to Rehoboth for sure, but unless there are some deep cleaning upgrades and changes we won’t be entertaining the Country Inn & Suites again.

Excellent hotel! The beach is 10 min walk. Restaurant is next block or 5-10 min drive. Many good near by. Downtown is 5 min drive or get Trolley bus from Callen st. (5 min walk) Very clean, nice workers. They are very professional workers. Workers works hard! Particularly Mr. Jon helps us at breakfast place a lot! Wifi was slow, so I gave 4 stars; more than that, I was very comfortable to stay this hotel. Thank you and we will come back in the future.

The breakfast was not the best would have liked more proteins besides powdered eggs. The breakfast room is way too small to accommodate all of the guests in the hotel. If just seems like the hotel wasn’t built properly to handle the amount of rooms it has.

I couldn’t get my room exactly til 4pm, when I tried checking in at 3:40pm. There were ants in my bed while sleeping. Other than that, it was okay.

Overall, the hotel should improve cleanliness, it was good but could be better. I didn’t see staff cleaning common areas like elevators, pool, or front desk. The suite room was spacious but outdated. All things considered, it was pricier for what they offer but unfortunately it’s what it is if you come on summer time.
