Cost was low everyone was very nice

The room was nice mattress was comfortable but there was only three small pillows on the bed.
It also looked like they had some full-time residents and the room next to us and they were little sketchy.
It was good for a one-night stay and well price I would stay here again.

The price was great since we were staying 4 nights. We tried the breakfast one morning, but other than the waffle maker, it didn't offer much. It had coffee and yogurt, so those were good. The room/bath need a few corrections, but we didn't have any major problems. The shower's water pressure is great! (the sink, not so much) The tub was a little slick for standing, but they had a few gripper strips that helped. The housekeeper gave us plenty of towels and washcloths, as we requested (not luxury quality, but worked). The sheets and bed were soft and comfortable and we slept well. For the money... no complaints!

Rooms were very tiny but it was good for what we needed it for. I found a couple of different types of bugs crawling around, & you can tell they don’t scrub the baseboards often & such. The hotel staff wasn’t necessarily rude, but you could tell they didn’t want to be there & i get it! I didn’t take offense to it.

Decent sized room, however the shower was meant for a handicap and the floor got wet pretty quickly in shower.
The pressure of the faucet was just drips and not strong enough at all. Towels for body are very small and definitely past their shelf life.
Overall though, it’s close to where I needed to be and Cookeville is charming.

The room was clean and large compared to other hotels we've stayed at. Grounds in front of the room door was very rough. Had to step over rocks and holes from parking lot to room.

The property is light up with great exterior lighting which was very nice. The room was clean and cleaned by housekeeping everyday (I don't find a lot of places that do this anymore). The hotel has an ice machine and plenty of ice but if you want any you will need to bring your own bucket. Staff was great and will give you as many bags that fit the buckets but no buckets. My first time staying in a Super 8 property. Clean room, tasteful decor, large mini refrigerator and microwave in room. I checked in late and was greeted kindly and professionally by front desk staff. Hot water/coffee available which was a nice perk to grab in the lobby. Noise is to be expected for the design brand of the property and has nothing to do with environment/location and more of typical commuter traffic. Area seems generally safe and nestled amongst many other chain hotels. Overall a pleasant, budget friendly stay!

So it is a budget place to stay the night, so your expectations can not be too high. The room had been updated recently so many things seemed newer, however whoever did the cleaning did a poor job. I found hairs in the shower, on the toilet, and the towels were all.. yes all... dirty and filthy, not just a little dirty but stains all over them. When I called and asked for new towels, it was a quick response and the towels they delivered where fresh and clean the way you would expect. There was a very nice man on staff I spoke with several times, and because of him I gave this place an extra star.

Very nice motel. Very quiet. It was great for someone who traveled all day and just wanted a good nights sleep. The breakfast left something to be desired though. Not enough choices and ended up with a yogurt and cereal bar. No hot items except for waffles. No really healthy items either. Its like the breakfast was an only because we are forced to provide this kind of thing. Otherwise I had a great stay!

Other than that, this place is a dump. We traveled with a group of people, so I can attest to multiple rooms being bad. The tvs didn't work right, one of them had a black line running down part of it. The pillows are the size of throw pillows you'd put on a couch and are worn out. Several wall outlets were worn out to the point that things wouldn't stay plugged in. The doors for the bathrooms either wouldn't close, or were barely hanging on to the frame.
