Although we only stayed for two nights, we absolutely loved our stay!
The room was wonderful, we really enjoyed the comfortable bed and the heated floors in the bathroom! In addition, we very much enjoyed the hotel breakfast spread.
If you are looking for a hotel that has an amazing gym, then this hotel is a must! The gym was an actual gym that had every single piece of equipment and weights.
Next time I’m in Helsinki, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Neighbouring rooms were very noisy until midnight, only one coffee pod in the room, no nice treats such a pillow mist etc as you find in other Crowne plazas, they do. It use “This works” brand.

Very nice facilities and staff. Great food and location (we were staying for a concert at the Olympic stadium near by)

The only complain I have is the breakfast food. The choice is too small and so fruits are caned fruits.

Excellent stay. Hotel staff were very helpful.. It is located across from a beautiful park and it is an easy walk to town center. The sauna and pool are lovely.

Beautiful and very comfortable hotel. We were a family of 4 with 2 young children staying in a junior suite. A travel cot with all bedding and children’s toiletries was provided. The room had excellent blackout curtains and a huge bath. The breakfast buffet was very varied and delicious.

Nice hotel. Good sized comfortable rooms. Breakfast selection was extensive and good quality and the gym in the basement was really good - a proper standalone health club with a very wide range of gym equipment and a pool and sauna. 5 minutes walk to a tram stop.

This was our first stay at an IHG hotel and it certainly won't be our last! A lovely hotel with great amenities in fantasic location, a few minutes walk from the city centre. Lovely staff, a superb breakfast and fantastic pool and gym. A 10/10 all round from the three of us. Looking forward to our next IHG hotel stay already.

Plus, complimentary bottles of water, coffee sachets, cocoa powder etc. were replenished every day. Staff were polite and more than helpful. My son dropped his (tiny) iPhone earphone in the elevator gap. I was in panic! We asked the receptionist to mention it to the hotel maintenance staff and look for it if it’s possible. In 2-3 days the found it and gave it to us! Actually, the maintenance didn’t or couldn’t find it (I don’t know) so, the elevator company was called to do so. And they found it intact. They could have told us just “sorry, we didn’t find it”. Instead, they did their best in order to help us. Many thanks to your hotel staff. Overall, we had a great stay at Crowne Plaza hotel in Helsinki!
