Let me start by saying we have stayed at many resorts in many locations around the world. The level of customer service we experienced at Marriott Momi Bay is by far the best we have ever had! We were initially blown away not only by the gorgeous property and facilities when we arrived, but what really impressed us more is the amount of genuine love, warmth, and hospitality we felt not by some. Not by most. But every_single_Marriott employee we interacted with. Their "bula" spirit is what sets this resort apart from the rest. We thought Hawaiians aloha spirit was the pinnacle, but the Fijians at Momi Bay take it to a whole new level! I can go on and on about their customer service but want to touch on our entire stay.
Room: we stayed in a Lagoon Duplex Bure about half way around the lagoon. Easy walk from the front of the resort. Our room was clean and we were welcomed by beautiful towel swans and a Happy Anniversary spelled out with palm leave pieces. Thats above and beyond what we expected!
There was plenty of space throughout for the 2 of us. The bed was comfy(8 out of 10). The layout of the bathroom was both unique and well laid out. I like that the shower is on the opposite side of the toilet and the soak tub is dead center. Freshly cleaned robes came in handy after a shower or bath and you have sliding shutter doors for privacy. There is also plenty of storage space for clothes.

Woke up to bugs all over my toothbrush and bath towels. I recorded it because I couldn't believe what I saw.

First of all, the staff were fantastic. In particular, I would like to recognise Vuru for his friendliness and fun - he played touch footy with the kids, remembered all of their names, weaved baskets and headbands specifically for all of us, invited the kids to dress up and participate in the torch lighting - among many other things. He alone made our stay extra special, so HUGE thanks Vuru!
The facilities were wonderful, the meal package excellent value, and all of the food options were delicious. Yummy cocktails, daily activities, stunning location, family friendly - it ticks all of the boxes.
We will be recommending this resort to all of our friends and family and we will absolutely be back again!

Checked in for 2 days. 3pm Friday check in and checked out on sunday 11am. Upon request only an hour was extanded. Which made us miss on our lauch. Our package was all inclusive of meals.
Missed out on our launch on the day of check out, as launch only starts from 12pm.
And full 2 day stay.
Hotel check in starts at 3pm and check outs are only 11am.
Overall and very clean and beautifully place to stay with very friendly stay.

The staff are amazing we were here spending a week for our anniversary and they sang us a beautiful anniversary song, even though we didn't understand it didn't need to as it came across in such a lovely way. The staff went above on a daily basis.

Staff are all amazing and go to the extra effort to ensure your stay is amazing! The resort is gorgeous and the rooms clean and well appointed. Lots of activities and dining choices. What is great about this resort is that it is situated between Nadi and Sigatoka which makes it very accessible for tours.

Superb resort, amazing food and the people of Fiji are so friendly which made it even more enjoyable. The Fishbar sunsets were a highlight along with the food. Couldn’t fault the resort.

Totally relaxed atmosphere. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. luxury and comfort in our room and at the pools. We did not leave the resort as we just needed to relax and that is what we got. We will be going back as soon as we can.
