Great ! Only issue was our heater was unplugged it only got down to 65 so it wasn't unbearable we finally figured it out the next day

On the Hotels.com app it looked like it was right by I80 but it was on I29 around some curves and right next to the Holiday Inn and the Casino. Very congested area and no restaurants or stores around. We brought our dog and wanted to walk to an outdoor eating area but instead ate snacks in our room.

They overbooked rooms despite us paying far in advance to reserve our room, then staff/manager was not real pleasant about working through the situation.

Loved the river view room on the 1st floor, right around the corner to the back patio. Room was nice and clean with refrigerator and microwave. Pool area was way to warm to even think about staying and swimming, so we chose to sit outside at the pool area patio which was quiet and nice. Breakfast was not the best. Staff was great and loved the shuttle to downtown old market area! Walking distance to casino was a plus. All in all, would stay again.

There was no recycling of water bottles. Also towels were changed okay but bed not straightened as part of housekeeping.

I was trying to contact somebody to resolve this problem, but nobody responded to me. At the end, I’ve got double charged.

Very clean very nice love that breakfast last so long very good breakfast options nice clean pool nice outdoor sitting areas! Free cookies ! Free ice water! Free apples and oranges! Clean white sheets! The toilet paper was folded into a triangle nice shampoo and conditioner! Snack area had very decent options! Beautiful river view and right next to the casino 10/10 way better then any hotel i been to in the past few years. Staff is nice loved it there very much !!

Hard to tell about a stay you did not make. Due to an unpredictable and extremely personal and u for seen incident I did not make this trip.
