The toilet did not work properly. Then when I went down to use the lobby restroom, there was no toilet paper.
The sofa bed mattress was dirty so we didn’t use it.

Got in late for a stopover during a long drive. Lamont at the front desk was awsome to say the least.

Upon arrival for checking in I waited at the front desk b4 I was eventually greeted by a staff member. She appeared to be annoyed with an unpleasant attitude. She explained that most rooms were not available until 3pm. However, she indicated that a room on the 1st floor was available, I accepted the room. Upon entering the room the order was very smelly, the room was very cold and dark. Actually the room was a dump and the health department should close the room for occupancy. After trying to make the decision of what should I do. That when this loud noise continued to be very noticeable, I looked out the windows and discovered the heating/air was directly at the window. At this point I took my belongings and went to the front desk. I was greeted by a young man who was very professional and completely attentive to my issues. He informed me that he would exchange my room and the room would be ready in a few minutes. I was very pleased with this transaction, therefore, I asked if I could leave my luggage while I went to lunch. When I returned the keys for the room were waiting with my name. This room was in much better condition. Sorry I don’t have the names of the staff, however, I want to express my appreciation to the young man who was so helpful. During my stay all my contacts with this gentleman were positive. On the other hand the 1st young lady who assigned me to the 1st room isn’t an asset to the Springhill Suite. I arrived on Saturday @ approximately 1:15 pm.

I hate this because the staff members are so nice. The manager even fixed the first issue for me without kickback. Tried to report the second issue but I gave up.

Check in was fast and there was ample parking available. The room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked- there was a large soda spray stain on the wall, a stain on the couch, and the toilet didn’t flush. I would have normally requested another room but we were coming off a road trip and noticed too late so I prioritized limited rest vs packing up to move everything.

I had a Very Pleasant Stay. The only hiccup is the shower curtain in the tub was too long. You don't want other people's dirt from the tub on you ! I had to remove the inside shower curtain to take a shower.

The staff was super friendly, the rooms were clean. However, I think because the building is so old, it has attracted roaches. My family saw at least 3 in our room during our stay. Disgusting

I booked the place and paid for the room one month before my stay. When I got there, I was told they were overbooked and didn’t have any room for me. My family and I were forced to looked for another place with no help on their end. No notifications were sent before our arrival. We were very disappointed.
