Room was comfortable, bar had great food and drinks. Staff were great at front desk. Young girl at bar in the evening never provided water after asking 3 different times, otherwise everything was good.

Hotel was very conveniently located to Van Andel Arena as it was just a few minutes walk away.
The room was set up interestingly with the bathroom sink in the same area as the mini fridge/coffee and there was no hand soap. Coffee offered in the room was good and easy to make and I really enjoyed the “hydration station” in the hallway that offered both ice and water.
The guy who checked us in seemed a little robotic and like he had just memorized a script of what to say.
The bartender was also a little robotic and not very personable. Also, I noticed that some of their cocktails were batched so I don’t think they should be as expensive as they were.

The staff was wonderful. They answered all our questions, gave us easy directions, and called an excellent taxi when we had to leave. So very close to Van Andel arena.

No parking at premises. Way way way overpriced for the room. No dresser in room. Bathroom behind sliding door like a closet. Obnoxious music in lobby. Only Breakfast option $30. Hated the room. Paid for city view and overlooked parking structure. And super loud. Could hear every car on 6th floor. Did not clean room.

Very basic hotel amenities. Cleanliness may be improved.
I was not asked if I wanted the room cleaned but they assumed it. I had to ask for tea bags and paper cup and I was asked like three times if I really wanted 2?paper cups and not 1!!

The front desk wanted us to park in their parking structure, a block away, so they could get extra money for parking fees. They did NOT tell us that on the weekends, parking is free in downtown Grand Rapids. They were very kind, but not helpful.
