The room isn't clean, no fasilities, i have to activate the key to my room everyday, no houskeer for 3 days, a single towel for 3 days , bedsheet was not changing for 3- days,......over all it's terrible stay i don't recommend

Only really col or really hot shower water, mixing valve broken. Hundreds of dead insects on window sill and in corner of carpet. Butter and dirty inside fridge. Ice bucket slimy. Grab bar in shower ripped off. Particle board shelf disintegrating. Only a half roll of toilet paper and couldn't get a hold of any staff. Red carpet filthy. That's just the tip of the iceberg so to speak.

Our first room was beyond gross. Food and dog food everywhere on the floor. Foot containers and ear plugs under my bed also! We had a ton of hair in the shower and all over the floors. We couldn’t take our shoes off. lol it was super gross. Each bed frame has really gross sweat marks from shoulders and the microwave has never been cleaned. The second room was much better. But still put a bad taste in my mouth. This hotel is extremely ran down, the siding on the building is missing in some spots. Do not recommend this hotel with a family. Keep looking! lol

The clean towels are stored in the laundry room- it was consistently empty. Thank goodness we had brought our own. The tub looked like Frankenstein, with holes patched with who knows what, very dirty. The bathroom fan did not work. The front door did not close properly, it was very difficult to deadbolt and it felt unsafe. There was no smoke detector. No one answered the front desk when we called and called and called- There were people with dogs, I was told no pets. The grounds were filthy, lots of cigarette butts. We were on the ground floor, when we complained they put a large family above us who stomped throughout the late evening hours. We left one day early, I could not stand it any longer- NEVER again will I stay at this disgusting, run down, poorly managed place- Gross

Weird and creepy check in system. No human contact, just talk to a guy on a video monitor sitting in front of a green screen somewhere. Not sure how you are expected to contact someone if you have an issue on the property.

Most rooms were occupied by long term residents. Pool only opened 10am - 10pm, with check out at 11. Would be only able to use for 1 hour or less on the day of departure. Toilet needed to be replaced. No ice machine.

(Bedding hadn’t been changed and dirty towels were still in the tub.) One of the rooms had prescription medications left in it. Overall I was not expecting much for the price of this hotel, and I was correct. The building was very run down, outdated, dirty and falling apart. The side of the building was missing half of the boards, that were just hanging there. The holes in the walls were stuffed with toilet paper and the door was missing most of its paint. There was dried vomit on the door into the bathroom. There was no extra toilet paper, nobody cleaned our room. The room smelled terribly of cigarettes, despite it saying it was non-smoking. There was no coffee maker in the room, but there was a mini fridge and microwave. The beds were not terrible but very squeaky. You could see light coming through the door, which made me feel like it just blow open any time. The front desk clerk was very friendly, but thats about the only positive thing I can honesty say about this place.
