The hotel has a decent car park and the facilities are decent. The pool on floor 2 is good also.
The beds are quite uncomfortable and could do with a upgrade.

Can’t say much about the hotel, we got in late and left early the next morning. The AC did work and there was plenty of room and beds for the kids. The kids wished they had time to use the pool but we only stopped to spend the night.

I was given a room on the 12th floor, when the elevator only went to the 11th floor (elevator to higher floors was broken). My room was ok once I got there, but lot of the other 12th floor rooms looked like they had problems, missing door handles and such. Thankfully a hotel worker helped me get my luggage up the stairs. Breakfast was good, rest of hotel pretty nice.

LOVED Hotel Vertice! Diego and his staff were so friendly and accommodating after our 19-hour flight. Comfy beds and delicious breakfast. The front desk even called to check up on us to make sure everything was alright. Once the A/C kicked in, I slept like a baby. Parking was pretty cheap and there was plenty of room to maneuver. Great tapas nearby, too! I will definitely be staying there again.

Very tight entrance to underground parking. I scratched the wheels on my Tesla X. Not recommended if you have a big car. Parking not included in price. I wanted to dispose a garbage bag, Personell in reception did not have any solution other than a tiny bin in the reception.
