The room was okay. It was other things I noticed, like an elevator that needed WD-40 or something like it to lesson the sound it made. It would also be nice to have a bar of soap to wash my hands instead of always using a pump bottle.

I had a very good experience at the hotel, especially the cleanliness and delicious breakfast, the pleasant rooms and the very professional customer service. I would return to the hotel with my family. 100 percent recommended.

We booked 4 day, 3 nights, travelled from Az. For a family vacation. We arrived a bit late that night and all we wanted to do is rest from a long drive. Our room had a strong sewer smell/urine smell was so strong you can feel it in your throat. I complained the next day to management ( which were very nice and very attentive to my needs) they switched us rooms immediately. Which was super awesome. Our new room was flooded with mini black ants that crawled throughout the cabinets and beds. I again complained to front office staff about the situation, they send housekeeping / no charge for my parking!!! Front office, said “ all rooms were filled for the weekend and they were NOT able to move us to again” I am writing this to just inform everyone who is thinking of booking here to look for a different place. Unless you like the smell of sewer/ like having ants crawling on your bed. Management promised a full refund, still to be determined.

Affordable hotel on the PCH in the middle of Newport Beach. Easy to get anywhere from this hotel. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. Staff was friendly and the breakfast setup was nice and fresh.
