Let me first start by saying the management was WONDERFUL! Super kind! But the hotel…holy smokes if I wasn’t in town for Taylor Swift I wouldn’t have been caught dead there…holes in walls. Mold on walls. Broken appliances. 12/10 would NOT recommend

The first room was so smokey we had to move, then the second room both beds had stained sheets on them. It was very run down and dirty.

Do not stay here. No smoking in the hotel and our room smelled like a casino. The couch and chair smelled absolutely horrible. Opened up the sleeper sofa and the mattress was covered in stains and was so bad, i slept on the concrete floor. Again, unless you want MRSA, do not stay here

This place was disgusting stains on pillows and sheets and floor tiles coming up the towels had stains on on it drug deals happening. Not clean at all smoke everywhere just disgusting and done recommend again at all

The floors were dirty and the area was sketchy. No one came to clean the room or replace towels. Staff was rude and impatient. Check out is at 11am and starting from 10:30 onwards, we received several knocks on our door trying to rush us out of the room. 30 mins prior to check out. They even tried to open the door while i was getting dressed. Luckily it was locked.

A lot of beggars and homeless people sleeping right outside of rooms property needs outside security

Although recently renovated, there are still some items that could use updating - mainly on the outside. Staff was very friendly and it was quiet. Great for the price!

It seems like this location is in a state of transition, and the staff was pleasant and responsive. The room however was in a rather poor condition overall, as my pictures show. The toilet was not functioning and the faucet was very loose on the sink. I personally fixed both issues. I only saw housekeeping staff once in my full week stay, with no linens or towels replenished. The noise from the nearby expressway is considerable as well. I was also charged an additional $100 security fee, which has yet to be refunded to me. In light of the fact that I repaired some of the deficiencies personally and left the room better than I received it I feel that should have been processed immediately upon checkout

Counters were dirty with sticky residue. Orange liquid in the sink and possibly dried soda on the mirror. The floor was gritty and turned your feet black if you walked from the bathroom to the bed without shoes. I asked them to clean the room. The next day they came in and made the bed but didn't clean the floor. I wouldn't stay here again.

This property was not as listed online. We got into our room, and the surfaces of the nightstands were sticky and the sheets had stains on them. The wall as soon as you walked in was missing paint as though there was a mirror or something that used to be there and was pulled off. The tub appeared old and very damaged. On more than one occasion, I found clumps of someone’s hair on the floor after cleaning (it was long, dark, and curly—not from me or my companion). They were not willing to accommodate a reservation change after we were unable to get to the property until a few hours after the cancellation deadline. Overall, was fine enough for our stay but would not recommend and would not go back.

When I called ahead the staff was very helpful. When I arrived I was able to check in early, which was very helpful. There was damage in the room which staff partially repaired after I informed them of it.

Complete mislead by Expedia. It says breakfast included, but in its very small receipt area, there is a sign: light breakfast: was told one food by staff. Hotel is very dirty and dust, wall painting off here and there, cooling fan covered by dust. Totally only 3 lights: one next to bed, one in bathroom, one washing area. The main switch next to door does not work, always dark. The staff said it is what is, refused to repair. Very bad people talking noise at night until 11PM. Many different insects in room: in air fly, on bed ants, on floor not know name insects. Fraucet can turn as many rounds as you want, very hard to control water cold or hot. a nightmare experience staying. I was totally mislead by Expedia .
