The hotel was clean and easy location to go to national park and beaches, night markets near was near by, lots eating options, and best part was there were Lots activities for the whole family to do in the hotel when it was raining out.

We stayed in their "family suite" with two rooms off of a central living space with japanese room with floor beds for our kids, and 3 bathrooms. This worked well for our 3 generation family of 6 and was spacious, convenient and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful each day and the pool was nice, though hours were limited likely due to it being low season. The kids liked the slide. Over all very happy with the stay and value for money.

The staff is not friendly
The English is very bad
Breakfast is not good coffee machines often out of order
Gym opening times are very inconvenient
The manager is the only English speaking person of the hotel
And he is a friendly men he toke my mother the the station with his own car free of cost
