Nice hotel, large room very centrally located

Considering what the rooms and their views looks like in pictures online, I was not expecting to be put in what was tantamount to a prison cell with a view of a literal wall. Combine this with heating / air conditioning that even when off was so hot I couldn't breathe or sleep, the broken shower, and my 4 nights were really not that great. And let's not even talk about the literal building site next door with relentless noise from the work going on. Feel like I really messed up here not doing more research tbh, but this was last minute after another trip fell through. This is a three star hotel at best, won't be staying here again, and I'd advise others to look elsewhere also.

I liked everything except the breakfast. There's not much variety. We had to eat the same breakfast the whole 7 days we stayed there.

Got a VIP Upgrade and most comfortable bed we have slept in during our last 4 weeks of travel. Hotel was in an excellent location

It was a nice hotel with a lot of history. The basic room was enough but the bathroom was tiny. Had I realized I would have upgraded. Great breakfast and friendly staff

The hotel is a beautiful art nouveau building situated close to the Old Town Square. The room is decent, and they gave 2 bottles of water a day, every day, which is nice since most hotels only give 2 bottles on the first day and that’s it. The glasses are not washed or replaced, I wish they would wash or replace because I cannot wash the stains on it without dishwashing soap and I need to reuse the same cup. Breakfast was decent, but no freshly cooked omelette just scrambled, over easy, some baked eggs with ham on certain days, sausages, bread, croissants, ham and cheese. Hot oatmeal, yogurt, some nuts and granola. Lack of vegetable selection, and the fruits are precut ahead of time so they look unappealing by the time breakfast starts. I do like the whole wheat croissants, oatmeal, and baked eggs. The staff was nice enough to let me eat breakfast early when I told him I had to leave early for a hiking trip. There is no wifi at the gym, and the weight selection is very minimal (only 4, 6, 8 kg kettlebells). There is a handy cable machine, but not much else. I don’t use cardio equipment since I am doing my cardio walking and climbing stairs and towers and hiking, but I need my strength training. Location wise, it is close to the Old Town square but quite a walk to the Castle or the Bridge. It is also pretty close to the New Town. I feel safe walking around at night by myself.

We liked the location only. Housekeeping department needs a lot of improvement. During our stay there we had issues related to housekeeping every single day.

My partner and I just stayed at this lovely hotel for 3 nights. We both had a really enjoyable stay while experiencing Prague for the first time. The hotel is in a great location and we couldn’t have asked for more. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was a decent size with a large wardrobe, safe and mini fridge. Everything was clean both in the room and communal areas. They also give you the option to not have your room cleaned every day which is useful for shorter stays. Overall a really positive experience we’d recommend highly to anyone looking to explore Prague.
