The smell of the cigarette made the stay incredibly difficult. It was hard to fall asleep because of the strong smell.

We love our room with a spacious bathroom! They accommodated our request for no housekeeping till we checked out. The motel is very accessible to a shopping mall (Westfield Southcenter) and easy checkout process. Got our $50 deposit back with no questions asked. We'll come back and stay here when we visit again.

When getting to the property the front desk lady was trying to argue my service dog was a pet and the try to play as she has had many claim and it be false other than that it has been nice to see it renovated and updated.

I reserved a non smoking room when i got there after check in time they were trying to push a smoking room. I had to wait an additional 30mins. Shower towels were dirty and covered in make up and pubes? Had to pick the cleanest towel to dry off with. Late at night a guy was screaming in the parking lot. Atea seemed questionable

We had a good stay. The reception ladies were both super friendly. Only con was warly Monday morning people were yelling and someone kept making gross spitting sounds close to our room.

The check in wasn’t great, no smiles from staff etc. just do you have a reservation and then silence. Room was cold and couldn’t turn off the fan. Also, no blankets in the room. My room was quiet though and everything worked well in the room. The walkways and property could use a good cleaning and sweeping though.

close 2 airport didnt like the surroundings of sketchy people

I requested a “none smoking room” and the one they gave me smelledlike pot so bad

I called at least three times to let them know we're running late it would be after 3:00 in the morning it was a 12-hour trip anyway we got there at 4:00 they canceled our room took the money off of my debit card and said it would be refunded which they never told me that the way it would be if I did not show up I was there just late but I did try calling I don't think that was right of them to take the money I would like my money back soon

Our family had a reservation Labor Day weekend, 2024 from Friday through Sunday night. We booked this motel as it was convenient to local transportation and getting to/from downtown. Due to the sketchy clientele that hang out in the parking lot, we left a day early. Pros: this motel is conveniently located near the airport, public transportation, and shares a parking lot with a gas station/convenience, store, and coffee stand. Cons: The bathroom in our room reeked of urine. Additionally, there is a man that appears to have permanent residence at this motel that spends 24/7 sitting in his brown/tan SUV in the east parking lot. There are young women that rotate between the room(s) he is associated with and his vehicle. Perhaps there is a perfectly logical explanation for this but the behavior seems like it may be indicative of human trafficking. I mentioned the situation to the office staff on Sunday and they didn’t seem concerned about it. I will not ever stay at this motel again, nor will I stay at any Motel 6 chain based on what I saw this weekend.
