Linens on one bed was ok, the other was questionable. Fresh towels needed & more of them for a double room. There was some wrappers and packaging (trash) and dirt under the bed. The a/c was evaporative, it was a little drippy, and it worked hard to keep the room cool. Outside of that readiness, service was good. Food & snack offerings was a very present surprise & free fresh morning coffee. Thank You!

It was very good until I seen a baby roach . Am allergic to roaches. It was almost a day before checkout that I seen. I wasn’t happy

I’m a mom with 2 kids. Stayed here just to have a place to stay for the night while visiting family. I stayed in room 106. The check in/check out was pleasant. Staff was helpful. The room was clean and the pool was clean. I personally won’t stay again though because it was noisy when trying to sleep, the beds were hard and the room smelled like smoke which did bother my allergies.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The reception was open 24 hrs and had food, snacks and even pints of ice cream for sale. The room was clean and had everything I needed — good shower, microwave, fridge (with a separate freezer door) that kept things very cold. Convenient location with restaurants all along the road.

Check-in was wonderful and the staff person I spoke to was very friendly. However, when I flagged the need for a smoke-free room, they made a comment that one of the staff had stayed in the room the night before so it "should be fine." I should have taken that as a warning. Unfortunately our room (135) absolutely stunk of cigarettes even though the whole motel is meant to be a smoke-free environment. I was far too tired from travel to go back and ask for another room after unpacking and resting for a moment, but the smell of cigarettes crawled all over everything. We just kept the window open and the fan going all night. Fortunately it was a pretty cool night, for summer in AZ. There was also liquid leaking from the A/C vent in the ceiling that caused me to slide and fall, thankfully without any serious injury. Bathroom was OK, some cigarette stains on the counter. A small but good shower, lots of hot water and good water pressure. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash supplied. Everything else about the property was as expected, but just be very careful to take a minute in your room and ensure it is comfortable and livable before settling in. I would not stay here again based on this experience, or just VERY carefully check out the room before committing.

staff extremely rude and they went in my room while i was at work i come back to my door open and some guy installing stuff and took them 30 mins to leave when i bring it up to the office that this is a privacy issue they treated me crazy and poorly for expecting anything from them cause they are “one of the cheapest places in town” not to mention the bugs in the room. so unhappy with the visit

The night clerk did not do his job when I told him there were 2 kids out side my window talking and laughing. I ended up opening my door and telling them else where. They walked a couple steps and continued. I called the night clerk twice and ended up taking care of it myself. This happened the night of the 10th. If he can't do his job shouldn't be working there

Had a incident on the night of the 10. Two kids stood out by my window and woke me up with their talking and laughing. This was after 11pm. I called the front desk and told the guy who was working what was going on. He said would take care of it.15 minutes later they were still there. At around 11:45 I opened my door and told them to go elsewhere
