This is the second time I stay at this hotel and it filled all my spectations. Congrats.

The front desk and ladies serving breakfast were wonderful. They all deserve a raise.

Last-minute booking due to canceled connection on a flight. Staff was extremely accommodating. Could not have asked for more. Always a big fan of Marriott/Bonvoy. They did not disappoint.

I think this was our 3rd or 4th stay here. Always a good experience. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Hotel is located convenient to everything while being tucked in a quiet corner off the main road. The staff has always been great with a special shout out to Destin who checked us in, covering all the essentials in under 3 minuets.

It started when the front desk couldn’t figure out how to get my Bonvoy
Rewards in the System which forced me have to go back after the fact and spend a couple hours on the phone with customer service trying to figure it out, but was the worst of all was my experience at the Food and beverage outlet having been a Former Employee and the food and beverage industry in Miami it seems to be common practice for people to add gratuity to the check however, when I worked that I managed, we would tell the staff that’s imperative that they let the guest know that gratuity is included the first night my associate and I were there there was no word of this
I made sure to look at this, but I noticed that everybody else around me was over tipping. Or actually double tipping because they didn’t know the gratuity was included on the check because nobody ever said anything and there’s nothing written anywhere that was really truly visible to the guest to make them aware of this
This is how it’s worst theft and Its just highly unethical and an awful way to conduct business. It’s because of this I would never stay at that hotel again and I second-guess staying at Marriott ever again

Very outdated and in need of repair. Front desk could be nice part if the day and the other part didn’t want to be bothered. Beach is 2 blocks from hotel. Man attending beach area not helpful at all. Chairs were broken. Umbrellas falling apart

I always stay here when I come to Miami ! Shuttles to the airport and cruise terminals! Quick Uber ride to pretty much anywhere you want to go. Awesome buffet breakfast downstairs. Excellent food in the downstairs restaurant and for sale at the mini mart in the lobby. Awesome gym and pool also. Rooms are clean and perfect and the staff is very nice and accommodating. Definitely a fave for me!

The room I had was filthy. The floor was sticky when you went barefoot, so I did not! Carpet, chairs, drapes, all filthy. Spots and stains all over. The bathroom had apparently been upgraded recently, and was the only place I felt was clean. Clean white towels. I’ll never stay there again

All was well. Didn’t like the fact we had to pay for parking

Their free shuttle and the entire reason i booked this hotel drove by us twice withiut even stopping at the stops (no way the shuttle could have been full as we were waiting at 1 of the 2 first stops). I immediately called front desk for a 2nd time and asked if the shuttle would be circling back around as it did not stop. I was told "no we dont control the shuttle. Theyre a 3rd party". -> its an AMMENITY offered and advertised by the HOTEL not a 3rd party. 2 front desk girls were no help and refused to refund my Uber expenses related to their shuttle not picking us up. Then upon check-out I am reviewing my Statement of charges and the hotel charged me for my stay despite the fact that I pre-paid for my stay through Expedia. So the hotel double charged me for my room AND refused to refund my transportation costs. This room ended up costing me an additional $115 due to Hotel Staff's lack of accountability, customer service and check-in processes.

Having a shuttle service is excellent however it took almost 1 hour to get to the hotel because of out of the way stops and the driver was a bit grumpy
The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful and the room was quite nice and comfortable . The bathroom was lovely and the bed was wonderfully comfortable.
The room was however not sound proof and all the outside and corridor noise was disturbing. Additionally the air condition unit was really loud and disturbing at night. I did not sleep well.
The breakfast was good.

We chose this property due to proximity to the airport, cruise port and overall shopping districts. Upon arrival staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is well maintained, the rooms are spacious and the bed was so comfortable. They provide coffee / bottled water and small fridge, microwave in the room. I definitely recommend the hotel if traveling to Miami.
