Carpete manchado, janela não vedavava o barulho e o vento entrava . Péssimo.

Personeel doet moeilijk om shuttle te regelen. Aankomst bij miami airport 1.5uur gewacht op shuttle. Na 4 keer bellen eindelijk heeft receptionist eerlijk gezegd dat ze die dag helemaal geen shuttle hadden. Shuttle voor vertrek wouden ze ook niet regelen. Na boos te zijn geweest, uiteindelijk wel kunnen regelen. We hebben dit hotel gekozen juist voor deze service. Personeel lijkt ook niet zin te hebben om te werken. Ontbijt personeel wel aardig. Kamers hebben echt een update nodig.

Great room with large bathroom

It was convenient to downtown and also other shopping centers

They had a lot of construction going on around property. Also the water drain VERY slow in the rooms, which was a problem when it’s a group of us. Also there was no breakfast served for guests.

Our room was 320. Old smelling carpet, iron and iron board didnt work. Bathroom in poor shape

Long time waiting for a elevator

the facilities aren't good is old have scrach inapropiet. Need restauration all the hotel include the elevators. The staff is excelent. The Staff safe my espectative of the hotel. Is Holiday Inn I can't belive.
