Pool area was a very relaxing area to hang out at. But the best part was the indoor pool with strong jets in the Wellness area ;) It's by the gym. Breakfast buffet was a great deal.

Hotelroom okay however the floor was broken in many places, nice bathroom. The restaurant needs an update, same food every day on the vegeterian side and there were pizzas and french fries but no really healthy food if you do not want to eat sallad every day. To many people in the dining room, we called it the COVID incubator and we were sick most of our holiday, everyone was coughin and sneezing and the tables were to close will not go back to this hotel even if the view from the room and closeness to the beach is perfect.

Lovely, clean, friendly hotel. Staff are extremely helpful and work tirelessly.

Only stayed the one night but staff were very friendly, room had a great sea view and was clean and modern. Hotel close to the airport which made the early airport transfer a lot easier. I would stay at this hotel again Peter (Newcastle)

This is a decent hotel, large room with big fridge and safe. Air con was not properly working, but this wasn't a major issue, as you could simply open the balcony door. There was a charge for safe key (€18 for a week). Breakfast was great with plenty of choices, dinner was not that great, very repetitive and not mainly vegetarian options. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and several supermarkets within walking distance. Buses to Palma or the airport literally stop in front of the hotel. I would stay again.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the beach & restaurants, the facilities were clean and well serviced by staff, and the price was very affordable.

Most importantly: the hotel staff is perfectly friendly and will do everything possible for you to enjoy your vacation! The hotel is very tidy and my room had a nice view too, although I asked for a room on ground floor because of my anxiety of heights. I love that shower gel, shampoo, soap, tissues, comb, body lotion, and even more stuff is free for every guest in the clean and modern looking bathroom. The food for breakfast and dinner is delicious, every day there's anything new to try and enjoy on the buffet. Some dishes are even cooked freshly for every individual! I felt very welcome as a guest and I enjoyed the neat pool and the quiet room end of May 2024 so much that I immediately booked another vacation for August '24! It's easy to get to the hotel by bus A2 from the airport, the bus stop "no. 477 ses Fontanelles" is right in front of the hotel entrance. Going to the beach takes just a few minutes and there are souvenir shops and supermarkets nearby. For the best Spanish and Mallorquín specialties I recommend to visit the bigger supermarket "Mercadona" which can be found at the bus stop "Sant Joan de Déu". I'm looking forward to seeing the nice people in the hotel BG Java again very soon and will for sure book more visits in the future!
