The hotel is north of the city but only a 10 min drive from the airport. So, don't bother with the Marconi Express. A taxi was only 20 euros (including tip). It's in a strange area but it's quiet and felt safe enough.
The room was a good size. It had a balcony but no seating and definitely no picturesque view. The walls were very thin. We could hear everything going on in the bathroom next door. And there was weird plumbing running through the wall behind our bed. Every 15 mins there was a rush of water. Felt like we were sleeping next to Niagra falls. Ear plugs helped. Our own bathroom was clean but the shower leaked and getting it warm was a challenge.
Breakfast wasn't great. Unless you like cake - lots of variety there. But no coffee machines and the rest was limited.
If you’re staying there, try the ramen restaurant down the road (Hana Ramen) and the brewery/restaurant a couple of streets away (Doppio Malto). Both great.

Very nice large room with a super extra large bed. The lady at the reception was very helpful and went out of her way to me an upgrade of the room as they did not have what I asked for. The only thing missing would have been nice to have chairs on the balcony to sit outside

Great place and amazing staff service. Everyone was so friendly and breakfast was included.
The receptionist were very nice and helpful. They looked up how much taxi will cost and what will be cost effective.

Our room was spacious, with a huge bed. It was immaculate.

Absolutely great stay perfect for our visit to Bologna .walking distance from train station as we arrived by train and bus just around corner from hotel to take youninto city centre .Staff were all so friendly and helpful ,buffet breakfast had fantastic choice of hot and cold food ,as much as you wanted .Would highly recommend staying here and room very clean and ample space for 3 adults and tea and coffee making facilities along with fridge in room .very happy with using this hotel ,as fit our needs perfectly along with good price .

We really enjoyed this hotel which was located between the conference center and historic city center. The best part was the breakfast with a very wide range of options. The only downside was a lot of mosquitoes in our room. We checked the windows were shut tight but they somehow kept getting in and biting us at night.

The lady at the front desk that works there in the evenings was extremely rude and unhelpful. Provided false information regarding laundry services availabilities/ timings, and cab service bookings. Was also just generally rude to talk to. The hotel itself was sufficiently clean and the breakfast staff were friendly overall. Even though you put a do not disturb sign on your door, the rooms still got entered for various reasons (cleaning/ dropping off towels despite not requesting it). Overall average experience.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable with air conditioning. The staff will answer your questions politely. The breakfast is sufficient and they will make you espresso and cafe latte. It is far from the center of town, but you can walk there or take a bus, so it is not too difficult.

The only recommendation would be mixing their menu for breakfast options. It was the same breakfast every day of the week.

Hotel is absolut ok, but:
- position is not very nice, inside a corner of any cinise shops and restaurants
- behind the hotel is a bicycle way for the old town in case you are with bicycle it's useful
- stuff at frontdesk is quite polite
- stuff for breakfest so lala. not unfriendly but it seems that they don't like their job really.
- breakfest is definitly a shame for a 4* Hotel. In 2 days the scrambled eggs have been cold and not ready cooked. They offer breakfest till 11, but they stopp refilling at 10 and are doing it only by request. easy things like cerali e fruit juice including. all together poor breakfest.
- we had a Junior Suite, quite a lot of space including 2Queen bed together (4 people possible) + a sofa-bed. Batthroom quite nice. The towels where taken away during we went out for dinner. Who likes it will see it as Topservice. In our opinion it's not very sustianable.

Good for an overnight - not sure I’d want this to be home base when traveling in Bologna. Bed was HUGE and bunk beds were nice for kids. Breakfast was less than mediocre but overall property was well kept. Make sure to have passports when checking in…
