Most excellent visit! The staff, in particular, the man at the front desk as well as the woman preparing breakfast during our stay Dec 2-6 were so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The lobby, rooms, hallways, and breakfast areas were spotless and inviting. The price was exceptionally favorable!

Had to request towels and wash clothes, there was hair in one of the beds so we didn’t use that one, there was also long hairs in the shower.

We’ve stayed here multiple times. It’s really close to everything and not a far drive to Dollywood. Rooms are always clean, staff are always friendly, breakfast is always good. What more could you ask for!

After we got past the half used shampoo with the big hair on it it was pretty good.my wife wanted to leave as soon as she seen it but im glad we stayed. Great location, nice staff, and great view of the water.

Location is nice, it’s not extremely close to everything on the parkway but not too far away. Not much to walk to. Very quiet, creek side is pleasant. Breakfast is not bad, very basic, like every other hotel.
However THE BED WAS HORRIBLE! So hard almost like sleeping on a concrete floor.

You spend your time holding the front door for everyone rolling carts in and out. Invest in an automatic commercial door. It’s 2024.
Get to breakfast when the sun rises because the senior citizen brigade will clean everything out by 8 am.
It’s a place to lay your head. I stayed there because of high reviews and location. Location is the only plus. The place needs some sort of updates.

My favorite place to stay when I am in this area. Very clean and quiet and comfortable beds. So glad its a non smoking motel and that they cant smoke on balconies.They do have a place for smokers. Good breakfast bar and easy check in. Great customer service from manger at the front desk.

This place worked for the weekend we were in TN but not one of my favorites. The check in was a wait, because of a line and service was not a priority. The pool is small. There is limited seating for breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. Maybe it was a busy weekend, and we will have to try again. Customer service was not a priority.
