The hotel is a little outdated but the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I had an injury and let them know I'd appreciate a first-floor room which was very nicely accommodated. But what really impressed us was that we left an article behind in our room and the hotel contacted us to let us know and offer to send it back to us. This isn't the first time I've left something behind but it's always been me who had to initiate a request to find and return the item, so I was very impressed with the staff! A reasonably priced place ot stay for a family visit in Kelowna.

Really good for a budget hotel in Kelowna. Could probably replace the mattress, it reminded me of the old mattress in my parents spare room that is over 20 years old.

Lady at reception was very welcoming and personable. Room was very spacious with a great tub and everything needed for a one night stay. I particularly liked the heating system where I could regulate a quiet comfortable temperature.

Older property with lots of charm, quiet room, super nice staff, nice pool and hot tub, lots of free parking, shopping mall across the street and good selection of restaurants close by.

I enjoyed my stay here. Bathrooms are a bit dated and could use renos but the hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly and also kept my luggage while I was away from the hotel for a few hours. Only downside was having to only use a credit card for the deposit but otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay. Hotel and room was clean. Also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. A very 'easy on the wallet' hotel and conveniently located in between from downtown and the airport.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel is.
The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast had an excellent selection of options and it was restocked constantly
Oh and nice large fluffy towels.

The night receptionist was a gem - she was so helpful and hospitable, my elderly mother was very fond of her.

An older hotel, but obviously well loved and cared for. We were very happy with it all

Very efficient and friendly check in.
Lunch very small. Difficult to get around others getting coffee or toasting bread.
Breakfast attendant needs to smile more and greet guests. Look harrassed and grumpy.
