Came in for a cruise and was able to leave our car there the whole time. Walking distance to the beach.

Was a great place to stay for an overnight before a cruise. Can also leave your car during the cruise, so that was a real plus.

Hotel needs updating but it satisfied our needs for one night before the cruise. The location is great and across the street from the beach. Would stay again!

This was such an incredibly awful experience. Not only was the check-in a disaster, as the elderly woman working the desk did not know how to operate the system and we waited for over an hour, only to find out that she was making a simple mistake when another manager fixed the problem in two seconds. Then, after arriving in my room, not only was the floor disgusting, the bathroom and the rest of the room as absolutely DIRTY. In fact, I found hairs in my bed before going to sleep (I even have pictures). I was so freaked out that I put my socks, pants, longsleeved hoodie on and cinched it over my face, and slept on top of the blankets and pillows. Needless to say, I didn't sleep. I tried to complain, but since it was midnight, we were all exhausted and the roomservice gave me the runaround, so I ignored it. However, I had reservations for the next few nights, and we did not take them. we left the hotel for a Holiday Inn Express and it was clean and wonderful. I will NEVER stay at this hotel or another Quality Inn again.

Room was small and could not even move between the bed and the desk. Parking was a nightmare and not enough spaces for registered guests.

A little dated but kept very clean in all areas. Staff was absolutely wonderful from check in to the breakfast area. Very friendly and made us feel at home. Excellent location. I was a little nervous because they were a lot less than other hotels in the area. They exceeded all expectations.

Good location. Needs modernisation with the decor but it was clean and comfortable. I would suggest opening the balcony door just to get rid of the musty smell due to no opening window. 20 minutes with the door open made all the difference to rid the room of the smell.

The woman who checked us in was very nice. When we got up to our room it was overall nice but dated. It seemed like the floor definitely slanted as a whole too, which was odd but we got used to it. With the humidity, the doors do stick and there is a bit of a smell but that’s not really the hotel’s fault. I’m not sure any other hotel on the island would be any different. The room was good sized and the balcony was actually more of a patio and was really good sized. The bedding was clean and we did not find any bugs anywhere.

Very average hotel. Nothing special, but decent for the price point. Refrigerator did not work in the room, reported it and nothing was done. Bed was hard as a rock. Friendly staff, good breakfast.

The hotel business needs to get over covid. After staying in several hotels this year I'm very unsatisfied with the new housekeeping policies of cleaning rooms every 3 days unless requesting or scheduling it more often and having to take dirty towels to the front desk to be exchanged for clean ones.

There were holes in the sheets in the bed I slept in. The other bed my daughter slept in had a huge hole in the bedspread. The mattresses definitely needed to be replaced. Both sagged in the middle and were not comfortable at all. The faucet in the bathroom would not turn all the way to use hot water. The carpets definitely showed a lot of wear both in the room and the hallway. We did not try the pool or the breakfast so I can't speak to those things. The water pressure in the shower I will say was EXCELLENT!
